Villa's in Grenada

'The place is a junk not even worth staying there. The host Sharon act like she care but once I saw the place and realized nothing looked like what was see on expedia. she became a different person. I told her we could not stay there. Expedia have the property listed 4 minutes walk to the beach the only way to get to any beach was by taking a taxi. The pool look dirty and it’s like go in at your own risk. The place had a tv as small as an IPad. The bathroom look worst than a public restroom....

'I have never written a bad review before on my many travels, but this place was awful. When we arrived, we were shown construction adjacent to the “villa” which we had not been warned about. The AC was not working, the safe was broken, there were cracks in the ceiling and the bathroom tiles. The pool was not clean the sofa was dirty and had a partial covering which was unattractive. It was a small studio, not a villa. We left as it was not habitable and the property refused to give us a refund....

'We successfully climbed Mount Qua Qua and found a coin my husband hid there 20 years ago. Thank you for aiding us in our adventure by providing a gorgeous rental home! Rhonda was delightful and kept things neat and tidy as well as fun to talk to. Sheliza was very professional and took care of us. What a grand view of Egmont from the back decks and the pool! 'Ursel looks after the villa and the grounds and she gave us a lovely welcome and was very helpful throughout our stay.John (the owner) is a great communicator and kept us up to date with all the information one could require.The villa was spotless and very comfortable in a lovely quiet location, that might not suit everyone but it was perfect for our family. Thank you.'

' Rick was very responsive and accommodating. The property itself is old and tired, and in need of some maintenance. The lack of hot water and low water pressure for showers was disappointing. No air conditioning in the main living area made for hot nights when the doors needed to be closed at night. We enjoyed the island but would stay elsewhere next time. '
