'Once again, we are so appreciative of all the comfortable first-floor spaces to spread out as a family. The kitchen is equipped to produce a fully home-prepared feast—all the utensils, pots, pans, knives, and dishes you might need. The dining room table can comfortably accommodate a very large group. Cozy beds, extra blankets as needed, and loads of towels. The host is very communicative and caring.'

'Home was lovely, just what I was looking for. Unfortunately the lake was dry which would have been nice to know prior to arrival.'

'We enjoyed our stay and Janel was very responsive which we appreciated. The house was well appointed and our son especially enjoyed the children’s room with a “secret”closet full of books and toys. '

'We had a great time at this property. It is very nice, beautifully set up. There was plenty of space for us: three adults, a five year old, a 10-month old, and our 14lb dog. Communication with the owner/manager was excellent. He was very responsive and helpful! '

'Can’t say enough great things about this home and the owner. Communication was superb. Home was spacious for our family and in a great location. All the amenities to make you feel at home.'

'We were visiting for Thanksgiving and needed a place for our family to stay. It was a perfect spot for my family to unwind after visiting relatives and the craziness of the Holiday. Kitchen is amazing and had everything we needed to make pies for Thanksgiving! The beds were comfortable and the couches are great for snuggling and watching movies with the kids. We didn't use the yard as it was too cold but it looked great.'

'The property fit just right for use and what we needed, could use a few curtains in the small windows in bedroom up stairs just for light blocking and some tlc in some spots but overall no real issues '

'We stayed here for a couple of days while exploring Boston. It’s only 10 minutes from the subway station. The road is somewhat busy, but that didn’t bother us at all. We enjoyed the trails at Whipple Hill as well.'

'This is a perfect place to stay. Equipped with everything you would need in an efficency rental. A few minutes from UMass Lowell. And less than 2 miles to the Tsongas Arena. Everything was clean and presentable. I thought being so close to UMass it might be noisey with traffic. It wasnt. Nice quiet side street. If we need to go to Tsongas Arena again I will definitely stay at this place again. '

'The accommodations were great for our family of 6. The house was clean and had everything we needed. The only issue we ran into was parking. We have a large 12 passenger van and while it fit in the driveway, our van was scratched by the tree branches. We also had a really hard time backing out of the driveway due to all of the cars parked on both sides of the street. So- if you have a larger/longer vehicle, be prepared for that. '

'Everything about this property was beautiful. The home itself being located right on the water was perfect for kayaking, fishing, evenings by the fire, relaxing and reconnecting. The house is gorgeous, comfortable, and had everything you might need/want. We enjoyed the game room - jenga and family air hockey tournaments. A lovely experience and we hope to return at some point. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us!'

'Everything was great, a few suggestions, maybe provide more towels, maybe some shelving in the bathrooms to put stuff on it was pretty sparse. Otherwise we enjoyed are stay and would come back again. Thank You'

'I live in Florida and came back to MA to see family. My sister lives in Lowell and highly recommended Carlisle. It was tricky finding the driveway but the owner sent me an aerial view which was perfect. It was just me and this studio totally met my needs. There’s a market 2 doors up. Perfect. I would stay again. The owners were GREAT communicators!! '

'We only stayed one night to attend a wedding in Groton but would have loved to linger at this delightful historic home. Centrally located and convenient. Stocked with everything you need and so many extra touches that made it special. "nice spacious room with good bathroom. breakfast was also fine with a different choice every day. we could hear our neighbors and acoustics in a swimming pool are not nice, kind of like a sound box. But overall a very good experience."
