'We had us a very relaxing two week stay in The Lodge. Plenty to see and do for us in that part of England (beautiful countryside and not too far away from places like Brighton, Portsmouth and Southampton, to name a few), but the accomodation itself was way more than comfortable enough to stay in every now and then and just relax. Next time we're traveling that way again, we'll definately check if it's available!'

'We had absolutely no heating. I tried several times to contact the owner by email, messenger and by phoning her. No reply. I had been in contact with her regarding check in via email and messenger, I even sent a photo of the temperature in the house. 10 degrees. I had to source 2 radiators myself, which a kind neighbour lent us. I would like a refund for our inconvenience '

'Family and friend gathering. 9 adults over 50 years old. We enjoyed being on the Themes and spent our time outside. The house is not meant for that many adults even though it has 5 bedrooms. Many of the beds were too short and one room is clearly a children’s room. The place needs some TLC on furniture, rugs, beds (sag in middle) and outdoor cleanliness…lots of spider webs. 'The cottage was a lovely old building. Well equipped. The road noise was a bit loud as the windows had gaps but overall a good stay.'

'The location of this house is beautiful, very quiet and peaceful with wonderful open views where you can watch the deer and pheasants come and go! Lovely helpful owners on site but not intrusive. Weather was unseasonably warm so we only had a fire on two evenings in the spacious lounge. Bedrooms are a good size with open views, the king size bed is a very good quality and was really comfortable. Enjoyed visiting Arundel and doing local walks from the property.'

'Lovely property with good facilties, the roof terrace is a fantastic feature with table, chairs and sun loungers. The host David is nice, freindly and helpful.'

'If you want the experience the real English feel, this is it. A lovely cottage where Miss Marple truly would feel at home. We were welcomed by very hospitable owners who really cared about their cottage. In a lovely area, with lots to see and lots to do and only 5 min. from Windsor Great Park. We saw a herd of more than a hundred dear, amazing! We hope definitely to go back one day.'

'We had a lovely stay in the cottage. The communication with the owner was excellent. She really went out of her way to make things as pleasant as could be, the kindest person you can think of. The cottage was large, there was a nice garden, our dog could roam free, and played with the dog of the owner. Nice bath facilities. One of the nicest stays we ever had, due to the people who run it!'

'Really enjoyed our stay in this lovely cottage. The property was full of character, very clean and in a quiet area but within easy walking distance to all the main attractions. Check in was very straightforward. Would highly recommend. '
