'This property was one of the most unique places we’ve stayed and it did NOT disappoint! We loved being right on the water but if you have small children you may want to reconsider. Coffee in the mornings was so peaceful on our porch, and the evenings were equally as nice. There was even a friendly heron that paid us a visit a few times during our stay. The house was immaculate with comfy beds and plenty of towels and bedding. I thought being on an active dock with a restaurant close by might be...

'We were there for a nearby wedding and we were overall very happy that we chose to go outside of the box with a houseboat. That said, there are smaller things that could be frustrating to some and likely unavoidable. You are on water and sometimes feel that. There are also noises associated with being on the water, like the anchor hitting the pylon or something in the house swaying. Not huge issues but something to consider. Otherwise it is very beautiful and relaxing out there!'

'We stayed for a long weekend in November. We enjoyed sitting out on the front porch with our morning coffee and again to see the evening sunset. We had several events to attend in downtown Pensacola and were in walking to distance to many of them. We had everything we needed and the place was immaculate. Will definitely book again on our next visit. '
