Lagoon Tower 1101 is een drie slaapkamers, drie badkamers condo gelegen op de 11e verdieping aan de overkant van een twee rijstroken weg naar de Golf. Lagunetoren heeft slechts twee eenheden op elke verdieping.

• Toegang tot balkon vanuit de woonkamer en slaapkamer met een prachtig uitzicht op de Golf en de Kleine Lagune.

• Tegel in de woonkamer, tapijt in de slaapkamers.

• Volledig ingerichte keuken met granieten aanrecht en roestvrijstalen apparaten. Eettafel met zes stoelen en een bank en twee extra barkrukken.

• Wasmachine en droger in het apparaat

• De woonkamer heeft een queensize slaapbank en een flatscreen-tv.

• Grote slaapkamer met een kingsize bed en een flatscreen-tv.

• Tweede slaapkamer heeft een queensize bed met een flatscreen-tv.

• Derde slaapkamer heeft een stapelbed met een Twin boven en Full on bottom en een uittrekbare twin-size onderschuifbed met een 15-inch tv.

• Er zijn GEEN trailers toegestaan op het terrein.

• Ja, u kunt uw kleine boot of jetski meenemen en deze direct achterover dokken. Little Lagoon is geweldig om te vissen / krabben, varen of gewoon genieten van het uitzicht en de reiger. Je kunt zelfs een pontonboot huren voor een dag, of kajakken voor de week.

• Maximaal twee auto's toegestaan. Als u een extra pas wilt kopen, neem dan voor aankomst contact met ons op (maximaal drie totale passen).

• Minimumleeftijd om te huren is 25.
Gasten krijgen één gratis toegang per activiteit, per dag. Je kunt naar elke activiteit gaan, elke dag en één persoon is per dag gratis. Extra gasten betalen de volle prijs. Toelatingen zijn niet-cumulatief en niet-overdraagbaar. Ongebruikte opnames verlopen dagelijks.

Dus ja, je kunt ervoor kiezen om 's ochtends te gaan vissen (één persoon is gratis) en dan te golfen tijdens de lunch (één persoon is gratis) en dan het waterpark die middag (één persoon is gratis). Of je kunt ervoor kiezen om 's morgens naar het waterpark te gaan met de kinderen (één persoon is gratis) en je man kan golfen (één persoon is gratis) en dan die middag afspreken om op de dolfijnencruise te gaan (één persoon is gratis .) Poor quality sitting furniture
Super view, but too cold to stand on balcony.The unit was very clean and laid out very well.The sitting furniture was the pits. For the life of me I can't understand why a place so nice had such crappy chairs and a couch that the back was broken. There also was some other things in two of the bath rooms that needed attention. All these things should have been addressed before we checked in. Makes me wonder why that didn't happen. Such a pretty place but if you want a comfortable sit down place get ready to sit on the bed. The dinning room chairs were made out of plastic and not the good type either.

When I booked this, the pictures did not do it justice. The condo was pristine and had amazing views. It was truly an amazing location with direct access to the beach and fishing. My family had a blast! Will definitely come again!

Beautiful Views
The views were spectacular. You can see the water from every room. The mattresses on the beds are not that comfortable and if you plan on cooking bring your own pots & pans the ones in the room are terrible. Other than a few imperfections it’s a nice place with incredible views.

When we arrived there was a strong order of cigarette smoke. The refrigerator smelled sour. The door to the bedroom with the gueen bed would not lock and the light bulb in that room was burned out. The living room furniture was uncomfortable.

So nice! This unit was awesome! Our family consisted of 6; 5 adults and 1 teen. We loved the bedrooms. Each bedroom had a bathroom also. The kitchen was well stocked with plenty of pans, dishes and utensils. As noted in another review the ice make in the refrigerator didn’t work very well, but the ice maker in the wet bar fridge was fine. Our view of the ocean was wonderful. The pictures of the fishing deck (at the lagoon) should be updated because it is now a covered deck area. It was a little tricky retrieving our units key fob from its storage box, but once we did, we had no trouble using it. The pictures also look like the beach is further away than it actually is. The beach is literally across the street (and between two buildings.) Great communication with management was a plus. We will definitely consider staying here in the future.

Great Views!
If you are looking for a rental in a quiet location with great views, this is your spot. The property is very clean. We have six people and it we never felt crowded. Plenty of pots and pans and kitchen utensils. You need to bring your own toiletries, hair dryer, and beach towels. You will need to purchase dishwashing liquid, laundry detergent and paper towels and toilet tissue. So, a bit more expensive if you fly. We did need to call the property manager on Sunday when we arrived, because there were no sheets for the trundle, but, they did bring them to us within the hour. You have to call the emergency number after 4 p.m. because regular calls will not be returned until the next business day. All fine, you'll just want to know in advance.

Family reservation for beach wedding
We reserved this condo because of its location in proximity to a family beach wedding. However, we also reserved a couple of days for beach fun. First of all the view was breathtaking. Secondly the condo itself was extraordinary with a bathroom for each bedroom. It was clean, comfortable, and within walking distance of the beach. The property manager was very helpful with any questions that I had. I would highly recommend this property to others.

Gorgeous Beachfront Condo
The Condo exceeded my expectations. The view of the beach from our 11th floor condo was fabulous. The place was so clean and comfortable for the 3 adults & 2 teens. The security staff was friendly and helpful; holding doors & greeting us coming in most evenings. The location was convenient to restaurants & beach shops. I reccommend this condo.

Room was nice, had most anything U would need except a pack n Play but we brought our own View was great, pools were good, wasnt very packed with people the whole time we stayed which was nice. Watched the sunsets from balcony and in general had a great time. The AC seemed a little loud in the King bedroom and the added icemaker didnt work and the frig one didnt front dispense but all in all we had a great time. The access is a little different having to scan the key bob for access to everything but once U get used to it it seems to be a great idea would recomend this location if U are not wanting to be right on the beach and a little out of the main hustle and bustle of the downtown area We saw dolphins right in front of the condo The dock access was nice also
