Phoenix 2041 is slechts een stap naar de golf. Dichter bij het water en je zou erin zitten. Golf balkon en woonkamer. Phoenix 2041 is bijgewerkt om overal tegels te hebben. Het is strandachtig, leuk en fantastisch met strand muurschilderingen op de muren.

Internettoegang nodig? Het is gratis in ons appartement!

Heb je een kleintje? Er zijn 2 pack 'n speelt evenals 2 kinderstoelen en een exersaucer.

Kom bij ons blijven en zie zelf wat een geweldig appartement dit is. Huur rechtstreeks van mij en vermijd het gedoe van in- en uitchecken, want je hebt alles wat je nodig hebt om het appartement te betreden voordat je het huis verlaat.

Condo heeft Oracode 660K tijdgevoelige gecodeerde toegangsslot geïnstalleerd; geen sleutel nodig. U hoeft zich geen zorgen te maken over het meenemen van een sleutel naar het strand of u zorgen te maken over wie in uw groep de sleutel heeft. Iedereen in uw groep heeft toegang via dezelfde code.

De hoeklocatie zorgt voor een ongelooflijk uitzicht op zonsopgangen en zonsondergangen op zee, kinderen in het enorme buitenzwembad of in het kinderbad dat spettert onder de paddestoelwaterval. Bekijk de actie op het strand vanaf uw balkon aan het strand. Er is zelfs een tweede balkon, zodat u prachtige zonsondergangen kunt zien en de actie kunt bekijken op onze twee tennisbanen.

Wil je een verandering van tempo van strand en zwembad? Er is racquetball, tennis, basketbal, shuffle board (naast de deur van Phoenix III) een fitnessruimte, jacuzzi's, sauna's en een speelkamer. Winkels, restaurants en supermarkten liggen aan de overkant van de straat. Breng uw fiets en pedaal door het staatspark of langs de strandweg op speciaal gemarkeerde fietspaden.

Very Disappointed
To start with the building only hade 1 working Elevator and the wait times from floor to floor was terrible. However the most disappointing was the overall condition of the unit we rented. It looked nothing like the photos on line. The Bathroom cabinets are falling apart, The Washer / Dryer combo is not only rusty but dryer only works part time. Whomever cleans this unit does NOT CLEAN. The air unit kept going out and I called the owner of the unit and he was to have someone come and look at it. NEVER DID...and never even called me to check and see if it was doing any better. The 2 setting chairs in the living room were so dirty that none of my family would even set in them. The most discus ting part is the BLACK MOLD growing in the vents above the dining table, the refrigerator and in the bathrooms. I have photos but there is no place to attached them. NO ONE should stay in this unit until it is completely cleaned and fixed up . We come to the Orange Beach every year but we will NOT be staying in the Phoenix ll ever again..

The condo was really nice. We loved it. Our only problems were there were no checkout sheet of what to do when we leave. Also, there was just one garbage bag and one roll of toilet paper in each. Usually some is left I. The condo and we have to get some. But we supplied all the toilet paper and garbage nags

The unit was exactly as described. Building facilities were perfect! Thoroughly enjoyed the rocking chairs, and pack and play for our infant. The cabinets in kitchen and bathroom were a little tired and worn but everything functioned perfectly. Would definitely stay in this unit again!

I have been using VRBO for about 10 years and I have always had a great experience. The location was great but if you are planning on staying here is what you need to know: Parking passes are an additional $55. When we arrived at 330pm the house keepers were still "cleaning" Unable to get in until after 5. Floors had not been sweep/mop the floors. Dried urine on and around the toilet in the master bath and used bars of soap in the other shower. The washer was lined with dirt (maybe), the filter was clogged with what looked like dirty sand. The kitchen cabinets and bathroom are falling apart. Some cabinets doors were actually hanging loose. The inside of the cabinets were dirty. Dirty silverware in the drawers and dirty dishes in the cabinets. NO broom to sweep up sand. The vacuum did not work NO toaster NO microwave (the one in the condo did not heat up) TV for the master bedroom (the screen has lines of discoloration down the middle) NO Cleaning supplies, paper towels, dish soap and dishwasher soap No pot holders No measuring cups for cooking No extra linens for beds (hide-a-bed) 2 large empty Amazon boxes in the Master closet so no space for our things Pile of dirt/sand/hair in Master bedroom closet Very Dirty No list of rules or check out requirements as most VRBO's have, we were "sited" for having a towel on the railing and a childs toy in the hall way, but how would we have know that was against the rules. Not worth the Cash on this one

The pools and convience of being on beach great. The condo was horrible. The floors were filthy. The pictures do not depict how run down it is. Needs painting. Putty in hole in bath tub. Cabinet door falling off. I was not expecting luxury but I was expecting a condo that was clean and in good repair. The directions for getting car pass are completely wrong. The guard at the gate does not sell the passed. You must check in at Phoenix 3. Horrible! The owner should have more pride in their unit. Very disappointing.

The condo was very run down and dirty. There were no blow dryers or toaster. Bath towels were few but owner did have more sent over. The items in kitchen were dirty and sticky and had to be cleaned before they could be used. There was only one dish towel in the kitchen and no potholders. One of the comforters was dirty and we had to wash it. We will not stay at this condo again.

I was disappointed with the fact that I paid a 55 dollar parking fee and had to check in after being told that my fee would be 15 dollars which would be paid at the guard shack and we could go straight to condo without a checkin. The floors were sticky and the cabinets need an upgrade. That being said the beds slept good, the view was wonderful, the price paid to rent was too high for the quality. There needs to be a few more towels added to the condo as there were only 4 for 4 people to use and we stayed 4 days.
