'The room was very well appointed and renovated but still had a fair bit of rustic charm. The staff are unbelievably nice and accommodating ensuring our stay was as comfortable as possible. We had dinner and breakfast and both were excellent. The value for the price is unbeatable - free delicious breakfast buffet and snacks. 'We arrived at 3pm on a Sunday afternoon, the team were busy and to be expected. We were then attended to within a few minutes. Polite and friendly and shown to our room. It was a building near the pub. Parking was free and able to park outside the pub. Its all situated in a square,like a market square surrounded by big granite hills. 'The overall stay was good very helpful and friendly staff and locals too. But I got an email to inform me about they don’t do breakfast any more. This was not their fault, but it was sent too late for me to cancel and rebook anywhere else and get a full refund. Any chance of some money back from hotels. Com at all?'

'Room especially the toilet was huge and comfortable. They also gave very large towels which was great. Only gitch as the housekeepinb fell short on the last day - the bins werent emptied and the floor towel was not replaced.'
