Our biggest issue with the communication was we specifically picked this place because of the pool as we have 3 young kids. There was no communication before hand to let us know the pool was out of commission for the entire duration of our stay. The property is about a 30 min drive from any safe amenity such as a grocery, gas station etc. If you want to just stay in one place your whole trip this is the place.
