'Beautiful views and home is appointed as described. There was severe weather resulting in our early departure due to a loss of electrical and plumbing. We were graciously reimbursed for the day we could not stay there. The 3k security deposit was required very early and held for the maximum 14 days after checkout, which I found annoying. The resident host is just lovely and did all she could to accommodate Mother Nature's wrath.'

'The apartment was lovely, clean and had all the amenities needed to be comfortable and enjoy your time in Hilo. The location was great and the views were beautiful, filled with trees and a stream of Koi fish. Best rental we have had!'

'Sehr schöne und gepflegte Anlage. Das 2 -Zimmer Apartment war sehr geräumig und sauber, aber das Mobiliar ist in die Jahre gekommen. Insgesamt könnte das Interieur mal eine Renovierung vertragen. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Blick auf den Golfplatz. Leider fuhr jeden Morgen ab ca 4h ein Rasenmäher sehr lange über die Anlage, was einen natürlich jeden Morgen aufwachen lässt. Alles in allem aber ein guter Aufenthalt. Kann man empfehlen '

'This place is 15-20 minutes up the hill from any beach. Do not let that stop you from staying here. Worth the drive. The condo is on hole 3 of the golf course. Great views. The pool is 100ft away. Everything is clean and well stocked. The communication with the management company was exceptional. Check in and out was easy.'

'Lots of flair, well thought out property with nice extras (bug spray, cooler for day use etc). This was our ‘home base’ for visiting the east side of the island and it worked well as a place to sleep. Room is in a neighborhood area with a rural feel. Relaxing frogs and birds to keep one company. Great communication from the manager. Would recommend as an affordable place to stay when doing full day trips in the area. '
