'This is a nice summer stay. The beach is just across the road (a busy road). It has everything you need. However, as an off season it is not so great. There’s a very good heat pump so being cold was not the issue, it’s the door. Not sealed well so it rattled with the wind and let in cold air. I sealed it with a newspaper to stop the rattle and cold air. The floor is also somewhat slippery when shoes are wet from rain. I all minor when there during the summer. '

'Sandra was a great host and IMMEDIATELY responded to ally our inquiries. The fenced in yard was great for the dog! Plenty of places to enjoy morning coffee outside. It was an easy walk to beach! We even found a bagel shop! '

'The house was as listed and provided plenty of space for our family to eat and hang out together. Beds were comfortable. Towels plentiful and nice quality. Heat worked. Plenty of hot water. We just have two suggestions for improvement: the dishwasher does not clean dishes at all. Not even a little. The kitchen tools are there but are so cheap they hardly work-a spatula shouldn’t bend under a pancake. All the knives are extremely dull. '

'We loved our stay at the Champaine House! The space was welcoming with stunning views front and behind of the marsh. We were very comfortable sleeping 6 - 8 and the main level was great for hanging, cooking, and people watching. Hope to be back again! '

'This was a great place to stay for our quick weekend trip,very clean and great communication w/host It would be more helpful to know that there is not much of anything for plates, bowls and silverware I know it’s not a full kitchen but most air b&b’s have a ton of kitchen items but not a huge deal we took a trip to the store and picked plates,cups and silverware. everything thing overall was a 5🌟rating! 'Cons: Finding the correct parking spot was a little difficult. It would have been helpful to know that the the higher numbers for parking was in the back behind the bldg on Nudd st/ave. Some conflicting info b/t online and contract re quiet hours, and hidden info like hanging towels in the outside railing. Prep cleaning didn't seem accomplished. 'I stayed in another property in Hampton Beach a few years back. It was dirty to the point of me having to clean the toilet and kitchen before we used them. By contrast, Hybiscus was sparkling clean and clearly well-cared for. Quiet neighborhood, close to beach, cozy interior. Highly recommend!'

'This hotel was nice overall and very easy to get to the beach, restaurants and shops. The rooms are a little run down with stains in the tub, a shower had that sprayed the ceiling and curtains that weren't quite big enough to cover the windows. The staff were very friendly and made every effort to make this a great stay.'
