Positief: Netheid, voorzieningen en staat van de accommodatie en faciliteiten
My first impression was "this is a nice hotel!". We arrived too early for check in but to let the desk clerk know that 6 of us had arrived. We knew we couldn't check in, but we requested our rooms be on the same floor. We all made our reservations online and booked a king size bed. He checked with someone who gave him three room numbers on the 3rd floor. When we returned later that evening, two couples had king rooms on the 3rd floor and my husband and I were on the 2nd floor in a room with a queen bed. The other two couples spoke of their showers having glass doors - ours was a handicap shower with a curtain. Upon checkout, I told the desk clerk that I was disappointed in my room and it wasn't what I paid for. He apologized and said there was a large event in town and most rooms were booked. He said he would make an adjustment but that it would take 2-3 business days. It has now been one full week and nothing. We are all planning to return to that area in the spring and may well stay at this hotel again. I hope it will be a better experience.
