'The resort is an excellent combination of a good apartment for a family of 6 and a resort with you need for a family stay. The kis enjoyed the thinhs they could do, te campfire, the special events, etc. The apartment was of good condition. '

'We stayed here for a minimoon after our wedding and it was perfect. We made good use of the hot tub, grill, and loved the sunset view every night. We loved the convenience of the location. Very comfortable beds as well. Mike was super responsive when we had questions'

'Couch was really dirty . Dog hair all over the futon. Mold and mildew smell all over the house . Upon leaving the house we cleaned the whole house . The person who came to clean the house was rude , gave an attitude about check out process . '

'We stayed here during summer. The house is very nice with a great deck and view. It is well equipped and it has all you need. It is close to everything but secluded. The furniture is a bit outdated but that didn’t bother us. As it is close to Storyland during the day you can here some noice, but far enough that it didn’t bother us. So we loved to stay here and might come back !'

'We stayed at this brand new house with friends and family during the Columbus Day long weekend, and the house is perfect, both in its condition and location. Although it is not a huge house, but all the rooms are well pointed, and the layout is very well thought out. 'We had a great time. The home was clean & space for 8woman was good. It’s was in a great spot close to NorthConway if you want to venture out. The price for the spot was good. The hill walking down to pond was steep. For young kids could be tricky. Wish the outside furniture was a little cleaner to sit on. We also couldn’t find any cleaning products to wipe down anything.'

'Outstanding views. Convenient location. Nicely appointed. Spacious enough for 8 adults and 6 children with opportunities for privacy. Excellent game room. Towels more than plentiful. However, odd that there was not enough glassware to go around. Would rate experience A plus but for one serious shortcoming. 'This is a great little hidden gem in the back woods of NH. This is not within walking distance to any of the pools or arcades in the pictures. It is on a dirt road in the back woods - very quiet! The kitchen is well equipped (kids plates too!). The beds are comfortable. The house was clean (minus one very moldy shower curtain). The biggest issue we had was that the oven/stove was broken. In renting a house, the intent is to cook a few meals in the home. Not having an oven or a stove made this...

'This house actually has four bedrooms and sleeps 14 people! The location was perfect for is — really close to the summer camp where our boys are attending. We did not go down to Webber pond from the house. We really enjoyed the hot tub, which is in a nice spot on the front porch. We also use the gas grill, which was handy. The kitchen is very large and well equipped. A clean sponge and dishwasher detergent and dish all provided. They even had some staples in the pantry like sugar, salt, pepper,...

'We have stayed here numerous time. The property owners are so responsive and the communication is always great. The house is clean, a perfect size for a larger family and the hot tub is an added perk. Only downside would be the air conditioning on one side of the house. We will definitely be back again as it’s become a tradition and our reservation and stays are always seamless. '

'This house was perfect size for our growing extended family and the 4 bathrooms were a plus. The grounds were not true to the pictures (there was no view, the deck was not very big and the lawn was partially dirt). The kitchen was nice and big and provided us with all we needed. The driveway was a little tight because we have to park 5 cars but we made it work. Overall was a good experience.'

The property has neighbors on two sides, but there are trees obscuring direct views, so it feels very secluded. The back deck where the grill and hot tub are located has complete privacy. 'I own a home in the area but it was rented, so I booked the Yurt via VRBO. My friend and I loved the location and the yurt accommodations. It was such a cool experience to stay there and I would definitely stay there again!! The owners really put thought into the details and it showed!'

"Our experience was a mixed bag. Check in was good; the British lady was lovely and friendly. The room was nice and spacious and everything was clean and functional. However, the floors are made of wood and carry a lot of noise. We had a family with small children staying in the room above ours and it was like a herd of elephants was stomping around up there. The pool and hot tubs could do with a good scrubbing. The water in the pool was mucky and not very inviting. All went southways however when the fire alarm sounded a 7 AM in the morning. All the guests left their room and gathered outside but THERE WAS NO STAFF IN SIGHT. No one told us what was going on or what we were supposed to do. When we made a complaint about the poor communication around the fire alarm when we checked out the guy at the counter didn't even bother to look at me. It was a very disappointing ending to what otherwise had been a pretty decent experience. Do better! "

"Dit hotel is werkelijk fantastisch. Het is volgens mij redelijk nieuw. De kamers zijn ruim en teven voorzien van een keuken met werkelijk alles. Het personeel is super vriendelijk en het ontbijt is zeer uitgebreid voor Amerikaanse begrippen. "
