'The property was very clean and spacious, the check-in and check-out procedures were very easy. The house was well stocked with everything we needed. The owner was quick to answer all my questions. '

The Weber grill was ready for us to use and the furniture throughout the house was new and comfortable. The beds were perfect. The parking was ideal with an easy walk in with our luggage. 'We had an awesome stay! The cabin was just as pictured and immaculately clean. The location was great for a ski weekend at Bretton Woods and drinks/dinner at the Omni Mt. Washington just a few minutes down the road. Bobbi-Sue was incredibly responsive and so accommodating. We had a wonderful stay and the PMR staff is so pleasant and helpful. Would absolutely recommend to anyone looking to get away.'

'We enjoyed our stay at Rosewood Villa. The cabin was in great condition, new equipped, great WiFi and with pleasant scent of wood! The communication with the PMR staff was excellent, they were very friendly and quick with responding to questions. The ski area of Loon Mountain is easy reachable. We can highly recommend!'

'The resort is an excellent combination of a good apartment for a family of 6 and a resort with you need for a family stay. The kis enjoyed the thinhs they could do, te campfire, the special events, etc. The apartment was of good condition. '

'Beautiful views, quiet. Units could stand a little sprucing up in terms of furniture, noticed a lack of lamps. Clean lovely Outdoor Hot Tub. Exceptional indoor pool as well. No place to have Coffee or light food on property, Drop-dead Mountain Views, book it:)'

"Our experience was a mixed bag. Check in was good; the British lady was lovely and friendly. The room was nice and spacious and everything was clean and functional. However, the floors are made of wood and carry a lot of noise. We had a family with small children staying in the room above ours and it was like a herd of elephants was stomping around up there. The pool and hot tubs could do with a good scrubbing. The water in the pool was mucky and not very inviting. All went southways however when the fire alarm sounded a 7 AM in the morning. All the guests left their room and gathered outside but THERE WAS NO STAFF IN SIGHT. No one told us what was going on or what we were supposed to do. When we made a complaint about the poor communication around the fire alarm when we checked out the guy at the counter didn't even bother to look at me. It was a very disappointing ending to what otherwise had been a pretty decent experience. Do better! "
