Gezellig familie-uitje dat 8-10 personen comfortabel kan slapen met 3 slaapkamers, afgewerkte kelder, 2 badkamers, buitendouche, dek / omheinde tuin, centrale A / C, en vele andere voorzieningen. Dit huis is perfect gelegen op minder dan 1,5 km van het strand, het centrum van Harwichport en Chatham, waardoor alle winkels, restaurants en uitgaansgelegenheden op slechts enkele minuten afstand liggen. Gelegen in een rustige buurt waar kinderen zonder zorgen fietsen kunnen verkennen. Omheinde omheinde achtertuin met barbecue, tuinmeubilair en tuinspellen (cornhole / Can-Jam) waar iedereen van kan genieten. De afgewerkte kelder met tv, blu-rayspeler, puzzels, games en kaarten bieden kinderen voldoende ruimte, terwijl de ouders boven ontspannen. Nice house, damp/ Wet basement
Nice large home, but unfortunately the basement was extremely damp, I tried to keep up with emptying out the humidifier but couldn’t keep up with it. We did have a rainy week while there so it was amplified as the kids didn’t have a place of their own to hang out. Kitchen, bedrooms were nice. Mold on the bathroom ceiling was concerning. Waze led us astray getting there, use google maps.

Nice, spacious house with comfy beds, updated and functioning appliances, air conditioning, great deck, private backyard and outdoor shower. Location was great for restaurants and visiting neighboring towns. Beach was close and easy to get to. The house was not as clean as we expected, however, and the kitchen was not well equipped with essential utensils and pots/bowls for cooking and serving food. But overall, we enjoyed the house and our vacation in Harwich Port.

Perfect location
Spent the week for my son’s wedding at Wychmere Beach Club. Perfect location - close to venue, Harwichport, Dennis Port and Chatham which allowed us to easily visit with other friends/family at their rentals and to explore those towns. Easy access to the ferry to Nantucket where we spent a day. Check out the snack shack at that landing - amazing food! Host was very responsive to questions. House is in a very quiet area so no issues sleeping. Nice backyard and deck with entertaining wild rabbits. Perfect for taking a break from the wedding madness. Hosts provide the necessary items and it was awesome that they provide linens/towels as some do not, took one thing off our travel list. Well equipped kitchen and bathrooms are nice.

Attending a wedding at the Wychmere Beach Club. Very close to venue. On a quite street and close to many restaurants and activiites. Very nice to be so close to the beach and property has all the beach equipment that you would need.

Great Harwich House
The house was very cut and clean. The amenities made for a very comfortable stay. Prior to arriving, the owners were very responsive to my communications and we did not have any issues while staying there so we did not need to contact them again. The house was a short (4 minutes?) drive to restaurants, bars and shops. Would definitely stay there again!

We rented this cottage for a weekend to attend a family wedding at Wychmere Resort. The beds were super comfy and even my teens slept well. We did not use most of the amenities but the cottage seemed well appointed. Would stay here again!!

Plenty of room and parking. Great backyard for kids. Very short drive to the most beautiful beaches. "Man cave" in the basement! Well stocked with everything you could need. Able to fit my bike and 12' kayak and equipment in the shed. Bring your own padlock for the shed.

Perfect location for all the Cape offers
As we are not prime time beach goers we found this homes location great for the 7-8:30 am/pm walk on the beach. It is walkable and we risked not paying the parking fees for a full day. Most of the Cape is accessible within 30 minutes except P-Town which is worth a full day minimally! The house had good flow for family time both indoors and out and offered space for separation and privacy as well. Adequately stocked. Near groceries, ice cream, coffee shops, restaurants, and a great fish market in Chatham!
