'Perfect location for graduation at Duke, 8 minute Uber ride. Close to hospitals and wonderful strip mall full of great places to eat. Very minimally decorated and needs living room furniture updates, however, served our needs for clean space for sleeping and great back for pets to potty.'

'Our family with 2 young kinds stayed here for 3 weeks while waiting for our new house to be ready for move-in and it was a lovely stay! It's a very nice, friendly neighborhood and the house is on a quiet cul-de-sac. We were here over Halloween and our kids even got to meet other kids trick-or-treating. 'This definitely fits the Cozy Cottage name. It’s updated and comfortable. We had a couple of maintenance issues, but communication with the property manager was very good. It needs to be stated in the description that the main BR has twin beds pushed together, not a true king size bed. Also there are no TVs in the bedrooms. But all in all, we enjoyed our stay at this property. '

'The property was more remote than expected, and as an older woman alone I had a couple of uncomfortable vibes. That being said, I also am hearing impaired, so sounds can be deceiving for me. It reminded me of my house growing up on the farmthe farm in tthe 50's. '

'The Owner and her Manager have done a exemplary job furnishing this 2/1 rental. The beds were outstanding and made the stay wonderful. The property has full size kitchen appliances with even an electric tea kettle. There is a Roku TV available in the living room for streaming. In a world of sketchy rentals, this property was a breath of fresh air. This was an overall great rental experience. Needless to say, I highly recommend reserving this property for your next Chapel Hill trip.'
