'Overall the property was good. It was close to the beach which is important to me. It was clean and I felt safe. The coffee shop was the highlight of my stay. I appreciated the coupons because it saved me some money for breakfast since everything in Hawaii is so expensive. The atmosphere was calming and pleasant. It was a great way to start my day! 'goed hotel, op een goede lokatie in Waikiki'

'Great location, good amenities, beachtowels for the beach and free rental beachchairs and umbrellas. Nice pool, coolest bar in waikiki (Tiki's) and nice views from the rooms. Keana from the reception was a great help. She worked nightshifts when we arrived and gave us a nice room. Only one issue for us, the elevators can be slow. Sometimes it takes a while to get to your floor. Would recommend and would come back. Mahalo! '

'Heavily overpriced for the quality you get (on food and beverages). Also paying for beach chairs etc. Hotel is nice and we enjoyed the installation but food and beverages were very basic while all charged on premium rates. Also very high fees to rent beach equipment which in my point of view is outrageous. We have much better experiences in Hawaii concerning that so definitively something to improve. No problem to pay a price but you expect something in return which we didn't feel at all. '
