Vind je ideale hotel in Heatherlands

'We were greeted very frostily by the owner and rushed up to our room because she wanted to go for a walk. She asked us why we hadn't replied to her urgent SMS sent 20 minutes ago. We said we were driving and hadn't seen it yet. We didn't see any more of her until se were just driving off. A white lady served us a mediocre breakfast. We had the feeling that we were a nuisance. Not the way guests should be treated.'

'Fantastische plek waar we drie dagen genoten hebben. Alles wordt je uit handen genomen. We hadden een prachtige suite in het Manor House met eigen zwembad voor de kamers daar. De eerste middag hadden we al 3 neushoorns en een kudde wildebeast voor de deur. Machtig mooi. je wordt met golfkarretjes naar en van je kamer vervoert ( met name s'avonds) ivm de wilde dieren die rondlopen. Het is een besloten, enorm, gamereserve maar het blijft gaaf om elke dag de 4 olifanten langs te zien wandelen net...

'Beautifull accommodation with nice views. Very quiet and very special that the wild animals walk around your villa. The restaurant of the game reserve was also a treat. We absolutely recommend going there and stay for at least a few nights and not just one as we did.'

'We enjoyed our two night stay, staff worked hard to please us. Rooms are comfortable and bathrooms nice. Well supplied with coffee, tea and milk etc complimentary sherry and rusks. Fridge, kettle etc provided. Good WiFi There are items in the mini bar to purchase Restaurant has a good menu but during our stay, meals had to be preordered before 2 pm. 'Great location & A great host Unfortunately there is no air con and the heat at night made it very difficult to sleep at night. The bedroom we had was small. The other 2 larger bedrooms had sliding doors on to a balcony,which you could leave open at night for some air flow. There are 4 bedrooms upstairs in total 1x double-1 x twin smaller rooms with little air flow. 2x larger rooms with sliding doors to balconies Great breakfast too. '

'Teilweise etwas in die Jahre gekommen, gerade der leisure Bereich mit gym und pool, welche einen sehr schlechten Eindruck machen. Die Suite ist jedoch schön und geschmackvoll eingerichtet'
