'Agnes was a very attentive host! I was supposed to arrive on a Monday and my boyfriend was going to meet me at the house.  My plane was delayed and Agnes so kindly prepared the home and provided food and beverages. 'The apartment is very nice. Very clean, air-conditioned and peaceful. The hospitality of the owner was great. She was very kind and greeted us upon arrival. Overall, my stay at Family Villa was great. I look forward to booking again to stay in the near future. 'We stayed with 15 people and never felt crowded, even when we all shared breakfast on the red house balcony. We loved the location. Everyone in Guayama was super friendly. The houses were nice—everything worked. I misunderstood the listing to mean each bedroom has a private bathroom, but only one per house does. The pool was fantastic. The property manager was fantastic. Great place. Great stay.'

'Me and my friends booked this literally a day before our trip to San Juan , which was very convenient. Although this place was like 25 mins away from San Juan ubers to San Juan and further places were only like $11-$20 so that wasnt a big issue.
