'Verouderde kamer. Kamer werd niet goed schoongemaakt. Geen aanvulling van toiletpapier. Vloerbedekking in de slaapkamer ruikt heel muf. Balkon vol met vogelpoep en mieren en werd niet schoon gemaakt. Wel leuke zwembad met glijbanen waardoor je genoeg vermaak hebt voor jongere kinderen. '

'Impressive hotel; huge atrium, glass elevators, lovely carpeting. The resort is beautifully landscaped. We had a quiet and spacious room (1002) with a view over the entrance of the resort. The hotel offers a shuttle service (20 minutes) to the WDW transportation center. The walk to Disney Springs takes about half an hour. Several restaurants (IHOP, Denny’s) 10 minutes walk from the hotel. '

'The property itself was well appointed, but the unit 507 was worn and beat. It really needs updating. There were 2 TVs, but one did not work at all. It was sitting on a dresser in front of a large mirror, so you couldn't use the mirror. Bathroom was very small. Sink in bedroom should be removed, so bathroom could be expanded. The workers were very nice.'

'The one thing that really disappointed me about this place is that their listing on Hotels.com mentions an airport shuttle, but on arrival they tell me to take a taxi, as they 'do not do airport transfers'. As I specifically picked a non-chain hotel that -did- have an airport shuttle, this led to my stay costing USD 80 more than anticipated.
