'Verouderde kamer. Kamer werd niet goed schoongemaakt. Geen aanvulling van toiletpapier. Vloerbedekking in de slaapkamer ruikt heel muf. Balkon vol met vogelpoep en mieren en werd niet schoon gemaakt. Wel leuke zwembad met glijbanen waardoor je genoeg vermaak hebt voor jongere kinderen. '

'Impressive hotel; huge atrium, glass elevators, lovely carpeting. The resort is beautifully landscaped. We had a quiet and spacious room (1002) with a view over the entrance of the resort. The hotel offers a shuttle service (20 minutes) to the WDW transportation center. The walk to Disney Springs takes about half an hour. Several restaurants (IHOP, Denny’s) 10 minutes walk from the hotel. '

'There was a incredible outdoor pool and a heated indoor pool. There were pool towels available too and all you had to do was return them. The room was nice but it wasn't 4 star quality I don't think. Even decent hotels have microwaves available for families but there was not one so it was inconvenient. The front desk staff wasn't easy to communicate too. He just seemed like a robot set to say the same things over and over again instead of understanding what the customer is saying and assisting...
