'I was slightly worried because of some negative reviews. It turned out to be of no concern. Yes, that carriage house is slightly dated but everything in the description is accurate. The place was clean and having the bikes and fridge in the garage was just fine. The walking path to the beach is less than 10 minutes through stunningly beautiful landscaping and beautiful houses. 'I was planning a trip to the Santa Rosa Beach/Grayton Beach area when a friend of mine texted this condo to me. She found it on Vrbo. The owner of this condo thought of all the little things that you wouldn't find in a hotel. Plus, to get that close to the beach for the price is a great deal. Really clean and has a kitchen. Would definitely stay here again and have no problem recommending to others.'

'My Husband and I booked this over the weekend for our anniversary. Great location and easy to walk to Rosemary or Alys beach. Loved that they had a Starbucks downstairs. We also took advantage of the hot tub/pool. Be aware this is a studio and is great for a few days. The decor was nice and bed was comfortable. Also had a farmers market on Sunday morning that was great and live music both Friday and Saturday while we were there. '
