'Buen alojamiento aunque algo alejado del centro. En el desayuno tuvimos que esperar mucho a que nos atendieran y nos sirvieran. El personal es amable pero muy escaso para atender bien si hay varios clientes para comer. Además otros clientes nos comentaron que en una de las mesas más numerosas para servir estaba el dueño del hotel con familiares, y parecían recibir la atención prioritaria, cosa que no nos pareció bien. 'Ruime kamers, klassiek en authentiek ingericht.. Mogelijkheid zelf te koken. Aparte koelkast in algemene ruimte aanwezig t.b.v. alle gasten. Ruime ontbijtzaal. Mooie ruime tuin rustig gelegen en met zwembad. De aanwezigheid van een grote hond die aandacht vroeg was een min puntje. Geen personeel aanwezig tijdens verblijf alleen tijdens ontbijt. Communicatie via Google translate i.v.m. onze gebrekkige kennis van het Spaans.'

'We have nothing but praise for this hotel! The beds were incredibly comfy, the room was way more spacious than it looked in the picture, and it is super clean! The ‘make your own breakfast’ is really smart - no need to hurry in the mornings :) It’s family run, and they are so nice and helpful. Loved them! The village is cute too, and everyone is really nice and friendly. Lovely Zafra is just a 15 minute drive away. We traveled as a family of three (child aged 8), but it is definitely best...

'Como resumen: la construcción es increíble, recreando una auténtica hacienda. El personal es fantástico, especialmente Fatima, la recepcionista. Pero hay una clara falta de personal y de coordinación, que finalmente se resuelve gracias a la buena voluntad de los empleados. Llegamos a las 8pm y nuestra habitación estaba sin hacer, otro día no cambiaron las toallas… Todo resuelto gracias a la buena voluntad de cada uno de los empleados a los que acudimos con el problema. '
