'We had such an amazing experience. Jill was such a help and the communication was excellent. The house was beautiful and very clean. The kitchen was great and stocked with everything, there were even s'mores supplies! We had a very kind gift from a local bakery as well. My family loved the hot tub, the outdoor spaces, the sun room, the pool table and so much more. We would love to come back!!!'

'It was very welcoming waking in with beautiful Christmas decorations. All of the staff was friendly and attentive. Our corner king suite was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The double sinks were also a nice plus. '

'Our stay was great. Fredericksburg qas awsome had so much fun, the light parade was awsome. Juat be carful with the listing description. Description says it has a java bar, which actually turns out to be a hand full of k-cups and a keriug, also the cantina is not a cantina. Was just a table and four chairs. But the overall stay was great, we had an excellent time.'

'The property is so peaceful and beautiful. We enjoyed sitting outside listening to the birds and enjoying the great breeze. Such a laid back relaxing stay. We did chill in the river as well. Sheron the Host and owner delivered blueberry muffins and gave us a tour of the farm. Would definitely stay again!'
