Nieuwe slaapbank en koelkast! ADMIRALS ROW # 334 ZEEZICHT - 2BD / 2BA VILLA

Fantastische 2 slaapkamers / 2 badkamers Admirals Row met uitzicht op de oceaan. Onze villa ligt op slechts 100 meter van het strand. Onze gated community resort biedt een geweldige familie vakantie site met activiteiten voor alle leeftijden (tennis, golfen, zwemmen, mini-golf in de buurt, shell verzamelen, fietsen, en nog veel meer). Er is ook een speelplaats voor kinderen op het terrein. Wacht niet langer, reserveer nu uw vakantie tegen onze voordelige tarieven.

Onze villa is recent bijgewerkt; nieuwe koelkast met ijsmaker (augustus 2019), strandkar om je items naar het strand te dragen, nieuwe tegelvloer in de villa; keuken is voorzien van alle apparatuur, nieuwe wastafel / kraan & disposer; vers geschilderd; queensize slaapbank (nieuw in mei 2019) en twee bijzetstoelen in LR. Gloednieuwe tv in tweede slaapkamer (mei 2019). Huurprijs is inclusief beddengoed en handdoeken voor maximaal zes vakantiegangers. Twee on-site zwembaden een is het grootste zwembad op het eiland, het kleinere zwembad is alleen voor Admirals Row vakantiegangers en zeer dicht bij de eenheid. Het grote zwembad is twee eenheden verderop en heeft ook The Boardwalk Beach and Grill, waar eten en koele drankjes zijn. Seizoensactiviteiten voor kinderen en volwassenen komen meestal samen op 'Beach and Grill'. Geniet van casual / fine dining in de buurt, evenals kampioenschapsgolfbanen. Op het terrein zijn indoor restaurants CocoNutz en Gator'z.

Het strand is gemakkelijk te bereiken omdat elke groep villa's een eigen promenade heeft die naar het strand leidt.

Onze unit ligt op slechts een steenworp afstand van de wasserette recht tegenover de gang en de lift bevindt zich direct naast onze villa, dus geen trappen lopen en het is erg rustig dat je het nooit kunt horen of zelfs maar weet dat het zo dichtbij is.

Onze villa is een rookvrije villa. Het resort staat geen huisdieren toe.

Well laid out unit with open plan living dining area and convenient kitchen. Recent large flat screen in living room! Near elevator and laundry. Only downer was bedrooms had no outside facing windows.

Great location and unit with a view!
Loved our quick “off season” stay here! All went smoothly with booking, check in & communication with the owner. Admirals Row is the way to go for the extra bedroom and bathroom for more space with just a short walk to the beach! Everything was just as pictured and described for a comfortable stay - balcony has a great view and well stocked with beach supplies and wagon. Highly recommend this unit for your island getaway🌴

Great Little Spot
The owner was very quick to respond and was very kind and easy to communicate with. The condo was nice and spacious. The kitchen had plenty of dishes/utensils and pots and pans for any cooking need, which isn’t always found when renting condos. I would say the seating in the living room needs to be updated, but it did not stop us from enjoying our stay. We also appreciated the selection of games and puzzles that were provided.

Close to the beach but dirty
From the photos, we knew the property would be dated. That is perfectly fine, but it is no excuse for how dirty this condo is. At check in we immediately noticed this, so when the owner reached out to see how check in went, we let him know we were disappointed to find crusty food on the flatware and plates, among other things in the kitchen. He apologized but offered no solution other than he would let the cleaning folks know when they are there next. As the stay went on, we made the most of it, and enjoyed the proximity to the beach, and tried to ignore other dirty things like toenail clippings and accumulations of dirt/grime on high touch surfaces. Thankfully, the bathrooms did appear pretty clean. Other positive things would be affordability and location. But I will not be returning or recommending this rental.

Perfect condo in the perfect place!
This condo is located in a great part of the island-it’s easy to get everywhere. This condo has a well stocked kitchen and plenty of towel drying hooks (usually a need at beach locations). The property owner is friendly and quick to respond. We hope to stay here again!

We really enjoyed our stay, did not run into a single issue or problem. The condo listing and information provided is exactly as it says it is, the owner, Tom, responded to questions immediately when they arise, although we really didn't have many because we didn't have any problems. One thing we weren't expecting was all the activities offered at the pool, they had a dive in movie one night, karaoke at the pool another day, a dance / pool party another day, the kids really loved it! If we come back to Hilton Head, we would stay here again. y problems

Very nice for relaxing vacation
The property was great and area was nice. I personally feel there could be some updates such as smart tvs (to watch streaming services durring down time) and the owner offered to rent us bikes but they need an overhaul their condition made me not want to ride them but i had paid to use them so i did once. The elevator to the condo was very shaky but i didn't stop or fall while we were there so seems to be ok. Overall we were happy with it.

A very clean, and recently refurbished, older condo apartment with a well-equipped kitchen and several grace notes that are increasingly uncommon - such as, coffee and tea for the next day, dishwasher and washing machine detergents, and mini-toiletries - the sort of things that save a trip to the market until the next day. Also, very solicitous owners. A fine location for a week at the beach.
