Beautifully decorated, ocean view villa just steps to the beach and centrally located to restaurants, shops and bars. King Bed, fully equipped kitchen and modern bath. Beach chairs and bikes are provided. Perfect for a couples getaway. Recently updated condo with travertine floors and full standing shower. Incredible ocean views, large smart tv in the living room. Modern fully equipped kitchen and Large smart TV in living room My wife, Kendall, and I live on the island. We own several villas in Seaside and take care of several others for out of town owners. We are available whenever needed and love to offer recommendations as well. Seaside is a gated oceanfront complex 4 buildings down the beach from the Tiki Hut and Coligny Plaza, centrally located, but not over crowded. Direct beach access on the property, covered parking under the building, on site pool, sundeck and showers. Biking is the preferred method of transportation on the island. We provide 2 for you. There are also shuttles that run around the island (free with tips) and a trolley that is a dollar and runs every half hour across the street. Can only occupy 1 parking spot. There are spots under the building that can hold 2 vehicles, but all parking is 1st come. Only 1 parking permit will be issued, don't block anyone in.

Flawless Experience.
The location of this property is perfect. It is walking distance from the beach and coligny plaza. The room is beautifully decorated and we enjoyed lounging in the condo as much as we did going out. It has all the amenities you will need and the property managers are kind and communicate well. They made the vacation process seamless.

Enjoyed the condo, and particularly liked having bikes available for use instead of needing to arrange delivery and pick-up. Pool is not heated in the winter, but was not listed as heated, so no surprise. Bed was comfortable, and TV worked well for us to watch the Macy's parade that our son was in. I was also able to make a simple dinner in the kitchen. Right on the water with an ocean view. I would stay here again.

It was just perfect! The location of the property could not have been more convenient. We rode our bikes over 25 miles in 4 days and saw the entire island. The owners of this property were great to work with. The hospitality made us feel so welcome and we will be going back.

The location was fantastic. Direct beach access and ocean views. It's walkable to shopping and restaurants in Coligny. The condo was nicely appointed and recently updated. The host was extremely responsive and helpful, answering messages almost immediately. Fantastic stay.

Hilton Head Villa
Kendall's Villa was in the perfect place - steps from the beach and a short bike ride (amazing that the bikes were included with the stay!!!) from everything we wanted to see and do in Hilton Head! Kendall checked on us via text to make sure we had everything we needed and was an incredible host. We loved the turtle and octopus shaped cookies as a welcome gift when we arrived :) Would definitely recommend this villa to others and would stay again the next time our travels bring us to the island!

My wife and I stayed in this beautiful beachfront condo for the RBC Heritage PGA tournament! The condo and location were as described and pictured! The owner was very responsive and a pleasure to work with! The location was perfect, and within walking and biking distance to plenty of shopping, restaurants, bars, parks, and most importantly the beach! We would stay here again when we return to HHI!

The property was nice after we figured out how to navigate through the building. It wasn’t busy so using the elevator to take things to the second floor was great! The place was super quiet. The king bed was nice too.

The best aspect of this rental was the bed. It was extremely comfortable. However, the unit was smaller than I expected, the view was limited, flooring and furnishings needed updating, the heating system was noisy and the tv remote was hard to figure out. On the plus side would be the free bikes and since we were not inside too much the negatives were slightly offset. Another plus would be the price. Most places on the island were a good bit more expensive. All in all this trip was a learning opportunity for future trips.

The condo is not large but has everything you need for a stress-free vacation. Check in was convenient and security instructions were clear and easy to follow. Location on the beach in Hilton Head is perfect. There is an ocean view from the terrace and it’s only a short stroll on pretty walkway to the beach. And the beach itself is clean, beautiful and quiet. We loved every minute of our stay in Seaside Villas!
