'Het was een prettig verblijf. Het zwemwater wat enorm helder. Het was dus heerlijk vertoeven. Het eten was bovenmatig goed voor een all in. Zelf het buffet. Het personeel is erg gewend aan de amerikanen die de hele dag fooi geven. Dit valt helaas erg te merken. Na het bestellen van je drankje valt er een ongemakkelijk moment waar ze verwachten dat er weer een dollar briefje gaat komen. Helaas is wel alles met geluid mega hard. Eerlijk gezegd te hard. The private pool for the excellence club that was adults only was very relaxing with a swim up bar. All the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. All the restaurants and the buffet were above my expectations. We opted for the room with our own pool. I believe it was a Jr. Suite with Excellence club upgrade. It was nice having our own pool and our own jacuzzi/jetted tub....

'Excelente hotel con millones de amenidades, diversión para toda la familia. Deben mejorar urgentemente su fuerza de ventas, son muy insistentes a nivel de 7 personas para una presentación que se supone era de 90 minutos y duró mas de 2 horas y media. La comida excelente, la gran mayoría del staff da la milla extra. El licor no es consistente en todos los bares, eso puede mejorar! Lastima no recibimos upgrade de habitación y tampoco nos pudieron dar el late check out. Repetiremos igualmente...

All restaurants throughout the property had great food and plenty of options for all. A perfect resort for any couple looking to get away!'

'The resort property was always very clean & enjoyable. There was always something for my child to do that kept her busy throughout the day and night. I also like that you are allowed to use your own camera to take photos and videos with the characters and you’re not obligated to have the resort professionally take the pictures. 'Mooi en ruim penthouse met alles wat je nodig hebt. Vriendelijk en servicegericht personeel. Verbeterpunten: - Wifibereik was niet in alle ruimtes mogelik en op het terrein - keukendoeken verzorgen - comminicatie met niet receptie personeel is lastig indien je geen spaans spreekt. - check doen of alles nog werkt voordat nieuwe gasten de ruimte betreden.
