'Smerig hotel !!!!. Zeer gedateerd en vuil. 3 dagen volgemaakt daar bed en handdoeken goed en schoon waren. Rest te smerig om aan te pakken. Ook ontbijt was slecht. Zeer weinig keus en bruin water ipv koffie. Heb hier € 287 voor betaald. Heb na aankomst mijn beklag gedaan bij de receptie maar kreeg te horen dat ze dit bekend is en dat alleen klagen bij de boekings site zin heeft. Verwacht dan ook een redelijke compensatie van hotels.com.'

'Good morning, I experienced issue with the Ac/Heating unit. My room temperature was set on 66 degrees, I tried numerous of times to set the heat temperature, which was unsuccessful. I had to call the front desk and request the maintenance department to come into #310. There he explained to me that facility was experiencing issue with the unit. He had to literary go into the bathroom ceiling and manually switch the unit from AC to Heat mode. I asked the question if i should request the AC to be...
