'They're undergoing renovations. I'm sure it will greatly improve the property. It's a good place to stay if you don't mind the renovations. I stay there often, and once I had no hot water and changed rooms, and 2 other times the toilet was loose. They're good with service and are working hard to sort their issues. I still continue to stay there as I like the service and location and don't mind the occasional issues during renovations. If you don't want to be flexible I'd suggest staying...
