'We combined a weekday business trip with a funfilled MSU Bobcat weekend. It was a superb location (minutes from downtown and MSU), really clean, great amenities, comfortable beds, large rooms and cute patios. Had everything we needed. Would highly recommend and will try and book this property for all of our visits. The value was unbelievable!!!!'

'This was a great spot to access spring creeks and the Yellowstone River for fishing. Excellent accommodation with lots of space, hot tub, sauna and amenities. Did ask for help cleaning up afterward while also charging a cleaning fee.'

The communication with the owner accurate. My mother (83) had the bedroom and I took the pull out couch. The owner warned me the pull out was uncomfortable without a topper and I asked for a topper.
