'Geweldig om te verblijven met zo’n uitzicht op het water en de zandduinen. Alles was er in het huisje, ruim zat! Helaas hadden wij de iPhone uit de stopcontact gehaald achter de slaapbank blijft de WiFi te zijn dus blijf af! In Opononi kan je lekker snapper burger eten, in de bocht van de weg zit een klein tentje met een dolfijn erop. Echt een aanrader!'

We were very comfortable here, and the cottage is very attractive, obviously historic. It was super-well equipped with everything you'd need. Easy access from the road, close to the Kohukohu village, and a clear view across the harbour in front. Thankyou for having us, we'd come again if the need or opportunity arose. '

'We arrived to check in after booking our stay in mid August, this was confirmed by Expedia/Book a Bach and our payment taken. When we arrived to check in on 30 December the hotel staff could find no record of our booking. They tried everything to see where our booking was. The staff were very helpful and went out of their way to try and find alternative accommodation for the night. 'We were very comfortable the whole stay with good access and lots of space! I had to clean the fridge ‘hatch’ but overall the house was very clean and the appliances easy to use… kids loved the ice maker and tbh it’s great in summer!! More forks needed in the cutlery drawer please! We will book again without hesitation thanks.'
