'We rented this house for my daughter's hen weekend the house was stunning in an amazing location with great facilities. We could not find fault with the house it accommodated 20 of us amply. All types of celebrations are catered for here from a formal dinner, to a party to a film night and even quiet relaxation in the pool and hot tub. 'Lovely property, very spacious. Can make sure the dog mess is cleared from the lawn. We were approached just before 10.30am on our last day as we were about to leave and told we should be out of the property by 10am and the cleaner had been waiting since 10.05am. On the information it states you don’t have to leave until 10.30. '

'Lovely little house, with everything you need for a home from home. Downsides- there is child lock on the Wi-fi, not good for a tradesman working away. Cold house- woke up every morning shivering. Wasn’t sure how to set heating timer. And next door there are elderly neighbours who must be deaf- they are night owls and I’m sure their tv is directly opposite the wall of bed stand. Was maybe 2am before all was quiet. Also nothing to do with house but there were scrambler bikes going up and down...

'This was a beautiful house to stay in. Very homey, clean and spacious. The jacuzzi was a great touch. I would definitely book again but with others next time. It was a little pricey and big for me, husband and two under 2. I Would for sure recommend for 6-8 people. '

'The property has not been well maintained. There was a rear patio but clearly the garden had not been maintained this year. The property was marketed as a six person property but you had not provided bowels and teaspoons for six. You provided a dish washer but we could not use it as we needed things for next meal. The stairs were death trap and had to be used with care. We could not open the windows to let fresh air. Overall it was not up to the standard that we normally find'

'We stayed for just under 3 weeks and had a lovely stay. A really charming and cute little cottage, hidden away behind the main street in Kimbolton. Though the kitchen is very compact, the air fryer and induction stove meant we could make some meals, and everything else about the cottage is cozy and welcoming. The hosts are great, and Rebecca was always very swift to respond to any questions or requests. Highly recommended.'

'A very enjoyable stay in the pretty and quiet village of Badby. The house was just as described and perfect for our needs. Good little playground and cafe and pub a short walk away. In a perfect world the curtains in the bedrooms would have blackout lining (for the summer sunrises) and the dishwasher would be replaced as the racks are shedding rust, but otherwise a fantastic stay.'

'We stayed over the Christmas period with all of the family and the house was just perfect. Sarah and Kim were there to greet us and made us feel very welcome. The house was decorated for Christmas and was absolutely spotless and very comfortable. The house had everything we needed, a formal room where we could all be together and also lots of cosy snugs. The grounds were also well kept and we enjoyed walking around the garden. Would highly recommend the house to anybody wishing to find somewhere...

'Great spa facilities. Extensive picturesque grounds for golfing . We enjoyed a relaxing swim followed by a lovely dinner. We were lucky to have had great weather to enjoy the beautiful grounds for a summer evening stroll. "Het hotel zelf is erg netjes en schoon. Kamer was prima qua formaat en comfort. Een fles water was wel welkom geweest. Al was de service in de lobby uitstekend, werd deze door het restaurant teniet gedaan. Erg lang moeten wachten tot een keer bestelling werd opgenomen (ruim half uur voor alleen wat drinken) en dat ik dessert had besteld kwam deze niet en ben ik na drie kwartier gaan vragen om waar deze bleef en bleek deze niet te zijn aangeslagen en heb ik maar om de rekening gevraagd. Eten zelf was oké, al was de ribeye verre van medium rare, was meer medium tegen well done aan."
