The outside doesn’t appear to be maintained as well as it should be, there is a sitting area out back with table & chairs needed to be wiped down and space all cluttered with leaves. The restrooms were not as clean as I prefer ( I cleaned them myself prior to use). The water output for both showers is very LOW flow (if you have thick or long hair - good luck getting the shampoo rinsed out) . Only one tea towel in...

I am a gardener and enjoyed looking at all of the trees and plants our host was growing on the property. 'Very comfortable, convenient nd great communication with host'

'Host is responsive but not proactive. We had to ask for instructions on how to check in and he provided a code to get into the building but he didn’t provide the code to get into the unit. We arrived late and had a moment of panic but he did respond immediately with the 2nd ccode when I asked '

'Overall, my husband and I had a very nice time staying at this location. The host was communicative and was ready to answer any of my questions. The location itself was clean, warm and roomy.'

'The location is awesome. Street parking was easy. The house itself was okay. The amount of space was great and the mattresses were decent. Unfortunately, the comforters and towels were stained and the house wasn’t as clean as you’d expect for a rental. The shower barely drained at all.
