Luxe huis in prive bosrijke omgeving dicht bij Lake Michigan

Mooi 1 1/2 verhaalhuis, gebouwd in 2003 met hoogwaardige afwerking. Hoofdslaapkamer op hoofd met hoofdbad plus een extra poeder kamer op de hoofd. Gastronomische keuken met roestvrij apparaten. Grote eethoek met toegang tot buiten dineren voor grote menigten. Woonkamer en hol met nieuwe 40 'High Definition-televisies. Mooie kersenhouten vloeren op de eerste 2 verdiepingen. Nieuw afgewerkt lager niveau met een grote grote kamer met daglichtramen en zachte vloerbedekking.

Veel comfortabele zitplaatsen om te genieten van de 60-inch high-definition televisie voor films en sport. Het lagere niveau beschikt ook over een 3/4 bad en het omvat een Murphy Bed, nieuwe comfortabele tweepersoons slaapbank en een hoogwaardige opblaasmatras om 6 extra slaapmogelijkheden toe te voegen. Home is omgeven door weelderige bossen. Zeer privé en rustig. Wikkel rond de veranda met extra eethoek. Twee extra dekken, een met nieuwe hot tub. Garage voor twee auto's voor uw parkeerbehoeften. Slechts een blok verwijderd van Lake Michigan.

Family Time

For the fourth year we have spent time at this house during the holidays. The house is cozy and warm feeling. The 18 year old's wanted to make sure we were going back this last time. We hope we will be able to continue in the future as college and jobs will start interfering.

NYE friends trip

We had an incredible New Year’s Eve trip with a group of friends and our two small dogs! The house exceeded our expectations – it was fantastic. The kitchen was impressively stocked with everything you could possibly need, including crockpots, large stock pots, and even popsicle molds. The Wii in the basement provided a night of fun, and the hot tub was absolutely amazing! A small tip: consider bringing a few extra towels so you can have dedicated ones for the hot tub and showers while rotating through the laundry. Overall, this was a perfect spot for a memorable getaway!

Fabulous getaway

This was our second time staying here - it’s the perfect place for a fall getaway! The home is beautiful, clean, and has a lot of space to make yourself comfortable. The fenced in yard is great for our pups, too!

Fantastic Private Retreat!

If you are looking for a quiet place with all the amenities in the Fennville/Saugatuck/Douglas area, then look no further! The house has everything you could need for a relaxing getaway. Property was just as described. Home was spacious and clean. Short walk to a park with bluff overlooking Lake MI. Fenced in yard was perfect for dogs. Easy drive to Saugatuck, yet far enough out for plenty of privacy. Highly recommended!

Fennville gem!

This is easily the most well-appointed home we’ve rented. There is literally nothing the owners have forgotten to provide for a pleasant stay. The kitchen is well-stocked, the home has several grills, yard games and supplies to use. Perhaps most appreciated is dishwasher soap, washing machine detergent, trash bags and toilet paper are provided. Also, the cleanliness was top notch. All of this created such a cozy, welcoming environment. The location is so convenient. This was our first time to the Saugatuck area and we appreciated the peaceful setting in Fennville. We avoided the busy beaches and used the beach access at Westside County Park. It was a short 2 miles away and just perfect. Thank you for a lovely stay!

The house is beautiful and we loved the relatively secluded property with a fenced in yard for our dog and toddler. We felt like we were in the woods and saw several deer (including fawns!) while we were there. The house itself is very comfortable. The owners were super communicative and helpful. We were in easy driving distance to everything in Saugatuck, Douglas and Fennville. I would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful house in a beautiful & quiet location!

This is actually the first time I have ever rented a property, as prior to a couple years ago we were owners in another part of Michigan. But, I needed a good place for a group that I was in charge of planning and am so grateful we found this place! Teri was so accommodating & responsive to my questions. We found the house to be a great pick overall. Easy check-in, clean, well-maintained and fully stocked with everything we needed. I only wish we had more time to stay and make use of all it had to offer (hot tub, fire pit, etc.) But for what we did it was great. It’s in a great location very close to the lake and wineries. I’d definitely return and recommend to others!

The house was incredibly cozy! Perfect for the teens to hang out downstairs while the adults had the coziness of the upstairs. The property was in an incredible wooded area. Just a short ride to Saugatuck. Daily strolls in the neighborhood were very safe with lovely views of the lake. House had all the amenities to cook your own meals. Will definitely be back!
