'My stay at the Hyatt Place Birmingham/ Hoover location was exceptional. The Staff was very pleasant to work with, and they were very accommodating. Due to an issue with Expedia, I had the opportunity to work with the General Manager, Ms. Sonia Mattis. Not only did Ms. Mattis speak with the Expedia representative on my behalf, but both she (Ms. Mattis) and the Hotel Staff were assuring and patient towards me and my situation.
