Relaxing
We have stayed in many cabins in the Smoky Mountains and surrounding area. This one was the best. Very clean, very well appointed, and attention to detail was spot on. It was obvious that the cabin was very well loved and cleaned by the owner. The price per night and host fees were very reasonable. Communication with Jeanne was simple and prompt. Our favorite was the hot tub. Loved that it is right outside the bedroom door on the deck and very private. We only came down off the mountain once to grab pizza at Vinyl Pies Pizza and right back up. We will definitely stay here again.

Cozy Cabin
The cabin and the amenities provided are well thought out and accessible. The property was easily accessed and well maintained. It was a nice, cozy place with plenty of home comfort. I will say I was quite surprised how close this cabin is to the owner of the properties home. Though we didn’t see the owners during the stay it lack the feeling of privacy from the very start. In addition from the hot tub you are literally looking directly into the front windows of their home with no privacy screening or foliage in between. The hot tub is excellent but the seats don’t face the view they face back towards the cabin. I would recommend the owner please put up a lattice screen or something to give the area some more privacy. Other than that the drive is only 10-12 miles from Hot Springs but the mountain road is extremely narrow and winds through the mountain so it takes about 25 minutes to complete the journey.

Best couple cabin get away!
Very peaceful, wonderful views, cozy comfortable cabin that has everything you need, and a wonderful hot tub! The binder the host provides is very helpful in planning activities close by. The Pillow Brewing company has the best beer brewed right there on site! The toco’s were delicious too. Host are very sweet and helpful. They honestly thought of everything you would need to make you feel right at home! We will definitely be back!!

Perfect Peace and Rest
After a full day of hiking, there is nothing better than a hot tub, fire and an amazingly comfortable bed! Everything was better than expected and the hosts are super friendly. We can’t wait to come back for more outdoor adventures and to refresh and revive!

We loved the location and everything about this cabin. Jeanne & John were fantastic hosts and have set this cabin up to be the perfect getaway. We loved going into Hot Springs and enjoyed the mineral baths. Highly recommend Max Patch nearby also. We would absolutely come back and hope to in the future!

A perfect getaway cabin
Jeanne and John have thought of everything to make their cabins exceptional. Where to start… comfortable furniture, king size bed with luxury bedding, a new private hot tub, complete kitchen, highly informative guest book, great views, and so much more. Couldn’t imagine a better getaway experience.

Nice quiet relaxing beautiful place
It was a very clean cabin. So quiet and relaxing. Loved sitting by the wood stove and relaxing in the hot tub. It was a great getaway for my girlfriends 30th birthday. We will definitely be coming back. Hot Springs is like a wrinkle in time. Get place to get away from the everyday life.

Cozy and quiet!
We wanted to get away from work a d life responsibilities and this was the PERFECT place. The hot tub was wonderful, Mountain View is beautiful, and the bed was cozy! The drive out the the cabin is even beautiful. Jeanne was very accommodating and friendly. We will definitely stay here again!

Incredible Cabin
My wife and I had a wonderful time. We got away for our 28th Anniversary for the weekend. The cabin was more than we expected. The owners are so thoughtful and more than helpful with any questions you may have. Perched on a hill, overlooking many trees, the place was perfect! We had a short drive to lots of hiking around the Hot Springs area as well as the little town of Hot Springs. We will definitely be back!

Wonderful place to stay in the western NC mountain area. Clean, spacious, and incredibly well provisioned and organized. Located close to Route 209 (rather twisty, winding road) but very private. Great location for abundance of hiking trails in the area.

Amazing hosts! Communication was awesome. Check-in process was super easy. The cabin was so clean inside and out. We couldn’t believe it! It is spacious and cozy and comfortable. The amenities were great. There is a helpful binder with a ton of great info. We could tell a lot of thought has gone into making guests feel at home. The private hot tub was wonderful. Stargazing in the mountains from a private hot tub! I wouldn’t think twice about returning here and wouldn’t even bother looking at other places. Location is great. We had short, beautiful, winding drives to Max Patch, Spring Creek Nature Trail, and Lover’s Leap to hike and to Hot Springs Spa for a mineral bath in a private deck and to the restaurants and shops. The value was incredible. It was a perfect little getaway.

Beautiful getaway
The cabin is in a lovely quiet setting backing up to the woods. It’s nestled between two other cabins but maintains privacy. It was perfectly clean and the owners were so generous to leave us a wonderful honeymoon welcome. I intend to return and will be recommending the property to friends and family who visit the area. The hot tub right off the bedroom was an exquisite touch!
