The worst Experience I have had
The worst experience by far I have had at a rental! The place was old, It smelled extremely disgusting and made me nauseous and the place was very hot! Not to mention there was no TV service that we could watch college football on. I had to use my own app I subscribe to in which I added the HULU app to watch anything after numerous attempts I tried to connect my phone using Apple air play or mirroring my phone screen. From the time that we arrived I messaged the contact on VRBO, though email and text from a display the condo had listed as contact numbers but no one EVER got back to me or responded.. The last night we were there we could not access the condo using the 4 digit code we had been using and door lock kept telling us no access allowed so we had to contact act VRBO/Evolve to get access. We were finally able to get in contact with the owner and i told him that we had tried to contact someone regarding the issues and he told me that he has had no one contact him. I Explained I tried to email him via my email and tried to contact him via text and phone call using the number we had from the signage in the condo. The owners response was “I got no phone calls and I don’t view my email every 5 minutes. I was pissed that he even said that. Maybe if he reviewed the messages I sent from VRBO and reviewed his emails he would know. And maybe if he had the right contact info on the signage in his place we would have had a better experience! The place is a dump!

Property had a decent kitchen area that would be nice for a longer stay or if just enjoying the lake. the bathroom is inside one of the bedrooms, not too handy for two couples to stay, but ok for a small family. Property was clean and comfortable. Would stay there again.

Good overall
It was good overall. We had a little glitch checking in because the key code was different than what they told us it would be. But they got back to us within 15 minutes and we were able to get in. The place was fairly clean, but could use some updating. It was a relatively quiet and calm area, even during a holiday week. The kitchen had the basics, but not very many cups/glasses.

The place is old and rundown. The inside of the condo is not that bad. The outside grounds are covered in both goose and dog poo. The boat ramp and parking are not what I understood them to be. The boat ramp is small and if you have anymore than a jet ski you better make other plans. One night I was gonna walk down and sit on the boat that we had at the dock and people were smoking weed on the dock. We were lucky to find a place to launch our boat and park the trailer. I would pay more for something nicer.

A Nice place on the water to get away
The place was spotless and comfortable. It had everything we needed. We loved sitting out on the deck and watching the boats and water fowl. It was quiet which was a relief. We didn't know if it would end up being party central but not even close. All in all it was a very relaxing get away. The only criticism I can give is the check in instructions had the wrong code for entry and we would have liked the screen door installed on the sliding door. It didn't take the property management long to return our call to help us get into the door.

Quiet and Clean
The property was clean and comfortable. It looked like there was a recent update. Plenty of room for our family, main purpose was to help cook for Thanksgiving (taking food offsite) so it accommodated. This time of year the lake was really low but the view was still inspiring. The dining/living room furnishings were a bit crowded but we enjoyed the stay.

Very clean remodeled efficiency type unit.
Everything was very clean on arrival The driveway is easy to miss but the parking lot was big once we found it. The exterior is in the process of remodeling but the inside is perfect. The patio on the back allows for morning coffee or afternoon drinks. There is only one space to tie up a boat and unfortunately it was occupied. For the price this is a very good rental

On the Lake
This was a great first time experience. We brought our boat and got to launch it right out in the water from where we were staying which was really nice. It was nice being able to go outside and sit on the deck and fish without having to leave. My kids also enjoyed being able to walk out and swim right there in the lake. It was a great time.
