'Staff was amazing and friendly! Thanks to Lusi K and Susie for accommodating us to the ocean view room we had booked, we had an amazing experience! Check-in on 11/18/24 front desk staff was not helpful, and again thanks to staff the following morning, the issue was resolved and we were able to stay in the ocean view room we had booked. Thank you to the concierge staff for booking the appropriate adventures! Mahalo, Adelina and Todd Dana '

'right on the beachfront was a huge plus. Being a private condo building, not having maid service was a minor negative, and not having a restaurant on site, made us glad we had rented a car, although there are numerous dining options nearby.'

'Ka’anapali Villas is AMAZING. My partner and I stayed for 5 nights and were happy with the value we got. The staff went above and beyond and are super friendly. Love that there are two pools and two hot tubs, one of which is in a quieter area (good for us because we don’t have kids and wanted some quiet time in the hot tub at night). 'The staff were extremely polite and helpful, the rooms were clean and well maintained. Every morning we saw them cleaning the pool, hot tub and grills. They cleaned rooms after checkout and offer a complimentary stay at their nearby sister location for late flights like ours. If given the opportunity I would stay here again! '
