The place was cozy, with pristine views of Lake Superior and the Light House. Right in the downtown Grand Marais, this is a perfect place to reside for people who love to walk for breakfast, dinner or an evening stroll to the lighthouse. The house is absolutely beautiful, high end finishes, fantastic layout and has everything you need. Every detail is accounted for. The location can’t be beat, and the hosts were so responsive and helpful throughout. We were there to celebrate our parents 55th wedding anniversary and DeeDee’s house made it a wonderful weekend.'

'We made a family trip up to Grand Marais to enjoy our son & son-in-laws band. We all wanted to stay together & we found Stones Throw! It was perfect for everyone. It sure helped that the weather was picture perfect for early fall. We enjoyed the band, toured the town, hiked, & played in Lake Superior. Stones Throw had plenty of room for all 10 of us. Thanks for a wonderful family weekend. '
