'The house was in immaculate shape. Each room was elligantly designed with matching decorations. There were a vast amount of accommodations such as coffee, extra toothbrushes and dish washing supplies. I would definitely recommend staying at the house. The owner was very nice and accommodating. '

'Can't say enough good things about this home. The setting is awesome. The house has plenty of space. We met the owner, and he was extremely polite and helpful. I will be trying to stay here any time I go to the area in the future. It was great!'

'We were pleasantly surprised by this space, ease of check in, and cleanliness. It was quite roomy enough for the 4 adults who stayed here. Everything we needed. Quiet, peaceful and well appointed. '

'Came from out of state to attend a wedding. The house was very nice. Had all the accommodating appliances that makes it feel like it's your own home. Stayed the weekend(3days) and the hosts were fantastic! Would recommend this quiet place to stay. Great stay!'

'As we opened the door; we were welcomed with a cozy feeling; highlighted with Christmas touches! Added to our enjoyment. All kitchen necessities were provided for; as promised. The mattresses on both beds were our only complaint. Extremely uncomfortable for a good nights sleep. '

'Had a pretty amazing week here with the wife, kid, and dogs. Sunsets on the back porch from the hot tub were incredible. Fully enclosed back porch was very helpful with the dogs. Overall the place was very baby and dog friendly. '

'Property is well maintained. Very clean and comfortable. The hosts were very responsive to any questions we had. Hot tub was great. We would definitely stay again. Only downside is that it is beside a main road so vehicle traffic is loud when outside, that wasn't an issue for us, just something to be aware of.'

Warm Welcome & Great Service, Despite Dated Decor

"Don't be fooled by the early '90s decor, this is a lovely hotel where you're greeted with a freshly baked chocolate chip cookie after a long journey, making you feel instantly welcome. The personal touch at DoubleTree is truly charming. While the room feels a bit outdated and the air conditioning/heating makes some odd noises that might keep you up at night, overall, it was a pleasant stay."
