'Staying here was like staying at your best friend’s clean house in Ann Arbor. It is inviting, clean, and cozy- you feel like you can really relax and enjoy your downtime. The host has thought of everything you could possibly need as a guest and the home includes more amenities and conveniences than you could imagine. I appreciate the attention to detail and the personality infused throughout the property. The location was perfect for our family’s visit to Ann Arbor. The kids loved it, too!'

'Nice four night stay. About 15 minutes from Ann Arbor. We went to University of Michigan football game and easy to get in and get out from this area. House exactly as pictured and host has thought of everything one would need to fully feel at home here. Beautiful lake views from inside. Lovely area. Lots of leaf burning the entire time which was unfortunate as we couldn’t really enjoy being outside but that is just this time of year. Would definitely stay again. '

'Communication with the owner was great! Joseph accommodated our requests so when we arrived everything was arranged as we asked. He responded almost immediately each time I sent a text. The house is lovely and warm. The hot tub was great! Only thing you have to remember is the house uses well water and sometimes there is an odor. '

'Loved this home! The location is beautiful and the amenities are amazing. We attended a wedding at Birchview, which is only about a 6 minutes drive down the road - very convenient. The breakfast/snack bar, eggs, butter, milk and juice provided to you by the host is so thoughtful. Highly recommend and so worth every penny!'

'My daughter and I arrived to find that one of the beds had not been made, and there was only one roll of toilet paper for 2 bathrooms. A book with information about the residence ( Wi-Fi password, TV instructions, how to use the gas stove, etc.) would have been most helpful. The kitchen had an abundance of casserole dishes but no skillet or other useful pans. The location was in a beautiful, walkable neighborhood.'
