'Great property and super friendly staff!!'

'Everything was good. Only negative was the girl At the coffee shop in the lobby. She put two medium coffees on counter and announced “two medium coffees” and neither the guy next to me or myself realized each was for one of us bc we assumed it was for someone who ordered TWO bc that’s how she announced it. The. Seemed irritated that we didn’t get it. Oh and parking was not extremely convenient but still cost 35 bucks.'

'The rooms are rather old and in need of a refurb: blinds on window (in two separate rooms) did not work, and in both rooms the safe was broken. I had to ask on three separate occasions to have house keeping clean the room and replace towels etc. House keeping eventually cleaned my room on the 4th day, despite the first request on day 2. This is not a low cost hotel, and I expected better. I would not stay here again'

'Overall very nice and comfortable place to stay!'

'While the staff were very pleasant and helpful—the physical property has seen better days. Our first room had a leaking shower and a non-working refrigerator. We were moved to a different room without question. This room was laid out a little better. But, both rooms had the a/c & heat vents right next to the bed. We had to turn the system off at night so the cold air wouldn’t blast onto the person on that side of the bed.'

'Carpet was old and needed replacement and cleaning. Quite smelly Once I mentioned to the front desk, they got maintenance on it and reported it to corporate. Needs some updates. Could not use the gym or pool area Gym smelled bad not cleaned though lots of housekeeping around and the pool water was and hot tub were merky. It was also insane that they were charging for unsecured parking that used to be free.'

'It is a beautiful hotel. The pool and jacuzzi were lovely. It’s very clean. The housekeepers very nice . The hospitality is superb. Five stars from me. The mall and other things to do are very close. Me and my husband love Annapolis. It’s beautiful and peaceful for a staycation.'

'Bed was lumpy and room smelled Like stale cigarettes and marijuana filled the second floor. Kept the balcony door open for fresh air that made it difficult to sleep because of feeling unsafe. The staff were friendly at check in and check out. We only needed one night. Will definitely use a different hotel brand for next visit to Annapolis'

'Several cleanliness issues: The microwave was filthy and the top of the refrigerator looked caked with dust. Under the sink with the trash can was severely water damaged and there were a number of stains on the floors and furniture. Hampton Inn and Suites used to be renowned for being upscale. Obviously, the standards have changed.'
