'I love this hotel as you can open the windows however the bath tub tap wasn’t working and the rooms are just so dark - improved lighting is required perhaps with some LEDs just to make getting ready at night a bit easier. Solid location and a comfy stay though.'

'The pool was not available which was not good. Sounds like it has been closed since COVID. The place needs to be remodeled. Got my final bill and I have a Destination fee of 30.00 each day even though the reservation was paid in full a month and a half ago. We were told we would receive a 10.00 credit if we charged our meal to our room at the restaurant in the hotel. There was not a credit applied to my final bill. '

'Hotel staff were top notch. Valet was great untill i got my truck in the morning and relized they un hooked my tonneau cover to take my 2 camp chairs out of the bed to pit them inside the truck. This happened agter i already told them they were fine were they were'

'Bij aankomst in het hotel bleek er geen warm water te zijn. Volgende ochtend nog steeds niet. Na een lange dag reizen wil je bij aankomst in het hotel lekker kunnen douchen, en dat zat er niet in. Hierover geen bericht/excuus of compensatie gehad, terwijl de kamer aardig prijzig was voor de kleine ruimte. Warm water is toch wel een van de minimale eisen in een hotel! Personeel was verder wel vriendelijk. '

'There are better options in Boston. There was no fridge in the room, there is a coffee machine in the room but only tea available, the coffee place downstairs was always very crowded and has limited breakfast options (good pastries though). Staff was ok but didn’t bother asking how the stay was, and on the last day there were 3 hotel doormen at the front entrance but still a person managed to get in and bother us in the lobby. Positives: good bed, shower, quiet rooms'

'one night to go to Casino and meet friends front desk very helpful very relaxing atmosphere will probably come back to this hotel. Room were warm and the bed was perfect '
