'The front desk, she alway very friendly. The only problem is the key to the room does not work to get in the room befor check out at 11am. It happen today. My partner when downstairs to get coffee. And im usually taking a shower. Again i had to open the door for him. The front desk did check the key, but it didn't work. Luckily i heard a knock from the outside and open the door for him. But other then that the hotel is amazing.'
