'The 80 stair steps bring you to a quiet studio. Clean and ok. It takes a little gymnastics to get into the bed, because it is tucked away under the sloping ceiling. Various shops and nice restaurants in the area and a metro stop very close by. Contact with the owner is easy. Good for a few days of exploring Paris.'

'There were three of us staying in this apartment - my husband, his 20+ cousin, and me. It as wonderful for her to have her own space (bedroom, bath, and separate entrance). The kitchen was well-equipped, and the beds comfortable. The location couldn't be beat - easy walks to many sites in Paris. '

'Our 8 night stay could not have been more perfect! The apartment was even better than expected, the elegant beauty of the rooms which the photos didn’t do justice could not have been more elegant. The ceiling moldings were some of the most beautiful I have even seen and all us were simply amazed we were lucky enough to call this home for our too short visit. I could not recommend this place more, it was beyond perfect.we will definitely stay here again, and again and again!'

'The apartment is lovely, very quiet in a great area with lots of shops and cafes. The kitchen is modern and well equipped for cooking. Each bedroom has plenty of storage and the bathroom is modern. Beautiful hardwood floors and moldings. Really enjoyed our stay.'

'This location is great, right in the heart of the 5th. The apartment is very comfortable, light and pleasant. The management was very responsive to my questions for operating the appliances. The kitchen is fairly sparsely equipped, so cooking and dining in is probably limited, but if you're going out anyway, it doesn't matter. '

'This was our first time to Paris and we loved our visit. The garden apt was spacious and really fit the needs of our family of 5. We felt very secure in the apartment. Thank you for letting us leave the luggage early on check-in day and late on check-out day. Thanks to helpful reviews, we figured out that we needed to use the key fob to unlock the main gate/doors. The Ville d'Avray is a quaint village located in the suburbs with all the amenities only 5 min. walk, including grocery store, bakery, and restaurants.
