'Great place to stay! Clean, quiet, and close to the train and busses. We would definitely stay here again. We had a little hiccup when checking in but other than that it was great. Just a note: this is a third floor walk up. Then, once you enter your room door, there is another flight of stairs. 'PROS: Easy check-in and out, using key lock box. Very close to metro and centre of Paris. Modern throughout and enough space for 4 people. Set back from the street so no noise. CONS: Scuffs and general wear and tear could be improved (exposed wires by tv and shelf was loose) NO air conditioning (small fans given but be aware, if travelling in summer, like we did!!). Area in evening slightly strange/next door to kebab shop…Overall nice, would stay again.'

The apartment was run down, with sparse and in some cases broken furniture, making it feel neglected and poorly maintained.
