Negatief: Netheid, voorzieningen en staat van de accommodatie en faciliteiten
I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my recent stay at Ocean Bliss Apartments, booked through your platform. I initially booked the accommodation in British Pounds, but after confirming the booking, the owner requested an upfront payment. I paid as instructed and have the receipt.
Upon checkout, I was surprised to find the amount recalculated in US Dollars and an additional charge under a different business name. This inconsistency in pricing is concerning.
Moreover, my data protection rights were violated when the owner shared my personal details with the manager without my consent, leading to an unexpected charge.
My stay was also disappointing. The owner, Suzanne, was rude, and staff, particularly Cleopatra, were unprofessional. I was told not to use the TV and to whisper when speaking, and only two guests were allowed to visit which felt overly restrictive. Despite paying for a cleaning service, I had to clean my room, and it was changed once during my three-week stay.
Given these issues, I will not be returning to Ocean Bliss Apartments and would not recommend it.
