'The mansion is beautiful, with large rooms in the upstairs bedrooms. The 2 bedrooms in the basement were a bit small and a bit Spartan. The fireplace room had 4 remotes, none of which worked the large screen tv, and half of the bedrooms had remotes that did not work the tv's. The kitchen silverware drawer was filthy, requiring my wife to clean the draw and was the silverware. The pocket door in the kitchen was off the track (not a big issue), however it requires repairing, The lower draw in the...

'Had so much fun this weekend in Hampton Bays! House was perfect for a group of friends - many bedrooms, bathrooms, great pool with tons of outdoor games, and even the arcade room inside! So close to the beach, and a number of great restaurants. Highly recommend this house, and appreciate how helpful our host was with making sure we had everything we need and more!'

'It was a very nice experience staying there. The owner replied to our questions pretty fast. I love the backyard, but unfortunately, it is too cold to stay outside during the winter. I would definitely recommend this house and we will try and go back in a warmer season!'

'This is the most magical property with a gorgeous pool, beautiful large trees, a pond and a badmitten court. My two children loved it. The property was a 3-4 minute drive from everything and yet felt totally isolated and removed from everything. I will say that the house was more cozy than we expected as the bedrooms upstairs were a steep walk and there was only one bathroom for the entire house. But we made do and had a lovely time.'

'My friends, partner and I stayed over Columbus day weekend and were pleasantly surprised with the heated pool still being open, which was a huge highlight. The house was super clean and had everything you would need. We did have a minor issue with the hot water not working in the cottage, but other than that everything was great and we would defintely stay again!'

'The place was nice for our time with family for a holiday celebration. Our favorite space was the kitchen dining area which was large and well equipped. There was an issue with the heat upstairs; the hosts endeavored to respond to the problem in a timely manner. (Owners were on site for some of our stay, but it did not affect our activities.) Furniture comfortable....most rooms very lightly furnished. I would recommend bringing extra bedding as most beds only had a light quilt without sheets or...

'My friends and I stayed at this house for a few days around New Year's. The house is very spacious, and the grounds are lovely. We had a group of 5 and had lots of room to congregate and disappear if we needed alone time. The hot tub was exactly what some of us needed, while the kitchen provided others with much comfort. The one bummer was when we arrived; it looked like someone had just had a party outside so that first made for a bit of cleanup. That little bump shouldn't stop you from...

'We enjoyed our family time here. There were a few minor issues that Chris responded to quickly and agreed to address before the next group stayed here. The majority of the house is new and very comfortable. The dinning room area and cottage room are part of the original part of the house and not as bright and cheery as the rest of the home. Overall a very comfortable stay here. '
