'Contrary to the Stayz entry there is no off-street parking, however parking on the street was reasonably easy (apart from Saturday night & market day). The apartment was very clean and provided a great space for a family.'

'Amazing home in one of the most beautiful areas of Sydney, close to every beautiful beach and a stones throw from Darling Harbor and all of the attractions that Sydney has to offer. '

'Great location. Everything you need for a girls weekend. There are lots of ‘levels’ of flooring which were a little dangerous, especially at night. The back ally way with street art is awesome for a photo shoot or two!!! '

'House was perfect for our family of 5. 3 spacious bedrooms with queen beds in each. Comfy lounge and kitchen area. House was close to restaurants and parks. Perfect place for a Sydney stay. '

'The house was a perfect size for a family of four and was very cosy. However, only one room has a portable heater. You will have to look out for parking, as street parking is the only option, with no permit given (street parking during weekdays is usually 2hrs between 8am-6pm). The location was perfect as the bus stop was close by, making it easy to get to and from the city centre.'

'Clean and simple home in a fantastic location a very short walk to all that King Street has to offer. I loved the vibe of this home - a classic Newtown feel. Check in was easy, communication was appropriately concise. The linen was low quality, but that is not enough to stop me from having this on my likely return-visit list.'

'A modern apartment. Reasonably clean, horrible parking arrangements/ street. Master bedroom very comfortable. Other beds less so, very low to ground. I could not have got up from or onto them. Plenty of bathroom supplies. An extra tea towel or two would be helpful when a full house expected. Flight path a challenge. Dining Table ok, but some of the chairs were very wobbly. Great additions for young families including cot and high chair. Very convenient to public transport.'

'Wonderful and exciting to be in Newtown with Central car parking and ease of transport close by. We’re able to travel around my car and train visiting many of the wonderful sites of Sydney coming back home to a gorgeous dwelling with wonderful Kitchen and Facilities.'

'First time in NSW as family break and most enjoyable with the property superbly located , very close to every need, public transport, supermarkets, cafes, restaurants, clubs/bars, shopping and the hustle and bustle of the town. Loved it and definitely back again next year. '

Disappointing.

"I stayed here once before and in my memory I was pretty happy back then. The room that I had now was not in a good condition, dirty walls that needed painting and also the furniture was dirty and have a lot of stains. Also housekeeping could do a better job as it was far from spotless. Breakfast looked nice but not much healthy options. They do offer laundry service, but it is crazy expensive (more expensive than most five star hotels). Based on this stay, I will not return!"
