'It was an older motel but rooms remodeled. It had a second floor but no elevator. That made it very hard for us going to the room and going down. I have bad knees but we did ok. The overall stay was ok. '

Then spent almost 2 hours playing the run around game with someone from hotels.com customer service before they wanted to transfer me to a different hotel over an hr away, never booking through this site again was extremely unprpfessional all the way around'
