NIEUW VOOR DE VERHUURMARKT

Gelegen midden op het eiland bij de luchthavenstrook kunt u uw deur uitlopen en genieten van het witte zandstrand, turquoise glooiende wateren en prachtige zonsopgangen. Perfect gelegen aan de Caribische kant van het eiland, op minder dan 5 minuten van overal met golfkar, scooter of bus.
Dit luxe huis heeft hoge plafonds, aangepaste tegels en metselwerk en beschikt over 3 slaapkamers (elk met kingsize bedden) en 3 badkamers. Elke slaapkamer heeft uitzicht op de oceaan. Het hoofdniveau master heeft directe toegang tot het zwembad en buiten woonkamer. De slaapkamer boven heeft een ruim groot balkon
met zitplaatsen en adembenemend uitzicht. De 3e slaapkamer heeft ook een balkon met een loopbrug naar het grote balkon. De volledig uitgeruste open keuken en woonkamer zorgen voor het perfecte avontuur. De buitenkant woonkamer is ruim en zorgt voor een duik in het zwembad aan de oceaan of een wandeling langs het strand.
Elke kamer is voorzien van airconditioning en heeft een eigen temperatuurregeling. De woning beschikt over een beveiligde prive-gated gebied voor parkeren.

Ervaar de ware cultuur en leefomgeving van het eiland. Dicht bij restaurants, winkels, stranden en meer.
Bekijk de gigantische zeeschildpadden tijdens het legseizoen. De zeeschildpadden graven hun gaten en leggen eieren voor de deur. Je kunt ook dolfijnen in de oceaan bekijken, overdag op zoek naar de leguanen en heremietkreeften in de schemering.

We really enjoyed this house. It was super clean. Communication was very easy. They set up golf carts and taxis and we did not have to wait for anything. It was very smooth check-in. The house is in a very central location. The AC is very cold. The pool is much bigger than it looks in the pictures. Our bed was very comfortable and we slept well every night. We would rent this house again. We appreciate the Welcome package. The house has many extras. I would recommend checking the kitchen before you go to the grocery store. They have pool towel and floats as well. Very nice house and Property manager.

Amazing five day stay
Everyone in the party had an amazing time and thoroughly enjoyed the house. The pool was great, a nice break from the heat. The views of the ocean, the iguanas coming up daily on the beach were just fantastic. We have stayed at several homes in the area. It’s a great location and you can get to Playa Norte as well as the supermarket very easily. I would highly recommend to friends and would definitely stay again. The property manager. Gems was great and always answered us and Tracy was always quick to respond.

Amazing Location loved that we could get to the south end and the north end of the island in 5-10 minutes both ways. Stairs proved to be extremely dangerous for my 2 year old, but we were able to lock the door in the day so he could not go up and down them without us. The view was incredible from every angle of the home, we spent most of our time outside and there was plenty of space and seating for our family of 6. The lizards were friendly enough, scared the kids the first day but they got used to having them around. The pool unfortunately filled up with algae early into our and unusable for 36 hours until it was cleaned. The book with restaurants made some incredibly recommendations and we chose many of the eateries just from the house book. Food was 5 star every where we went. It was a lovely week on a perfect island. We hope to come back some day.

Amazing house
We loved the privacy that 3 en-suite rooms allowed. This is such a cool layout. Not a lot of indoor living space to gather, but we spent most of our time on the patio anyway. We never got tired of checking out the crabs at night and watching the iguanas all day. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook a couple meals. We rented a golf cart for a couple days, but didn’t mind the 20 minute walk into town on the days we didn’t have a cart. We would love to stay again the next time we visit the island.

Perfect vacay!
House was absolutely perfect for our family of 5. We had plenty of room, enjoyed the beautiful location, and we were very close to everything being mid-island. We had plenty of communication from the property managers. We were very appreciative of the bottled water dispenser, extra toilet paper/trash bags and cleaning supplies. House is within walking distance to the Isla Brewery, the mini-mart, and a fantastic taco place. There is also a 'recommended' list at the house so we tried some new places as well. We would absolutely stay here again!

AMAZING!
This is an amazing property! The location is very central to anything you would want to do on the island. The views we can’t put into words. The beach access from the house is perfect for morning coffee, shell searching, and an evening drink while taking a dip in the pool. Our kiddos are older so the separate rooms upstairs were great but it is probably not ideal for younger children who might need a parent during the night. We will definitely be back to Ka’ay Ha in the future!!

Perfect little getaway
We loved this casa! It was so cute and in a great location, you go all over the island with a golf cart. It’s right next to the grocery story and the owner was the sweetest! The back yard was such a vibe. Loved the lizards area and the crabs that came out at night. The pool was bigger than it looked and the view was beautiful. We were really happy with our stay.

Absolutely wonderful experience. Communication with owner was very easy. She answered all of my questions. Check in and out was very easy. Loved that each room had its own bathroom. Great stay on Isla Mujeres!
This was all five of our first time on the island and we could not have had a better time, despite 2.5 days of rain! The concierge took great care of us. We rented a golf cart, which was essential for island travel, although we were walking distance to the grocery store. The concierge set us up with a fishing/snorkeling trip where we caught 8 fish and had them cooked at a restaurant that evening (Xcaret, delicious!). The captain also took us to snorkel where we saw sea turtles, nurse sharks and lots of coral! The house was perfect for our group. There are steps down to the water, but this is not sandy beach, so bring water shoes. Lots of great shell/beach glass hunting! There is not much inside space for lounging, but with the large island, it was perfect for playing games out of the rain. Also the kitchen is a great size for cooking, which we did for most of our meals. Upstairs balcony was great for HH drinks and watching the storms roll in! The house is very close to the ferry and about in the middle of the island, so you're not far from anything! We hope to return to Casa K'aay Ha!

Fantastic House on Isla !!!
Perfect house for 6 adults. The location was great....quick trip to downtown but also not real far from the other end. House had all needed items. The view...can't say enough about that. The beds were comfy. We always felt safe. The lizards will visit you every morning so pick up some fruit. The pool was just big enough for cooling down and hanging out a bit. We found lots of sea glass at the house also, which is something we have been trying to find for the last few years. We would definitely rent this house again and recommend to everyone!

This is a perfect vacation rental on Isla Mejures! The location is very convenient to downtown for shopping, dining and North Beach, just a few minutes on the cart. The home is newer and fresh. The sound of the ocean and constant breeze on the patio is everything you need for a relaxing vacation. Beds were comfortable and AC worked well around the Casa. Would stay again and appreciate the owner and staff making our stay perfect!

Beautiful beach, central location
Really beautiful spot, if you’re a strong swimmer, the snorkeling is actually pretty good there too. Our kids loved playing in the sand and watching the hermit crabs and iguanas. It was a good place to unwind from our many trips out to explore the island. I found the location to be great. The pool was shaded for afternoon swimming, both sides of island just a short drive away. Overall, great stay.

Paradise!
What a great little place to stay. The back patio, pool, and beach area is amazing! The ocean here isn’t accessible (pretty rocky) unless you’re adventurous. We did see several others out past the rocks in the ocean, but we were content hearing it and seeing it. Lots of seashells ready to be found. The iguanas and hermit crabs provided great entertainment. There are a couple restaurants in walking distance. Coco Jaguar was our favorite. As others have said, Chema was absolutely amazing. He took care of our every need. The beds were comfortable and made for a great visit. Isla is a wonderful place!!

This place was amazing! I worried that the pictures were making this place out to be something that its not and I was right, they simply don't hold a candle to the actual space. When we arrived we were greeted by a fantastic Check-in person, Chema. I'm not sure if its always the same person checking you in or not but fingers crossed anyone in the future gets Chema. He was very knowledgeable about the property and the island. This was not our first time on the island but we did have some concerns and questions and he answered them completely. He even contacted a golf cart rental place and had them bring a cart to the house so that we could secure a rental for the 4 days we were there. He had recommendations on restaurants and even said we could contact him directly for delivery of food. As far as the house it was beautiful, all three rooms were big and each had their own bathroom. I was really impressed with the mattresses. I have stayed other places in Mexico and had really hard almost solid style mattresses but these were perfect, similar to memory foam. The outdoor patios and lounge areas were amazing, we actually spent a lot of our time relaxing on the second floor balcony couch, this is a perfect place to take a siesta. The kitchen downstairs was fully stocked with all the dishes and appliances needed. We used the blender for Margaritas and the cutting boards for fresh fruits (both are musts when visiting the island). The house is centrally located on the island and has a perfect beach area. we spent the mornings watching the sunrise and basking in the rays until about lunch time. The pool was perfect for our four guest and was a little chillier that I expected but was a great way to cool off from the Mexican sun. The owners have put a lot of thought into the rental experience, from the guide book to the little details around the house, which I don't want to spoil for future guests. I have traveled this world for both work and pleasure and this is by far one of my favorite places I've stayed.

Perfect - in every way!
We had top-notch stay at this beautiful house. The description and photos are very accurate. Being able to walk directly out onto the beach and hear the sounds of the crashing surf from every room made our trip so relaxing. When we arrived, we were met by the property manager, Chema who was fantastic (go eat at his family's restaurant too!) He was right on time and made our check in very easy. We rented a golf cart for the week and found the location to be perfect - away from the fray but easy 5-10 mins in the golf cart to almost anywhere. We didn't consider any of these things a detriment, but just for clarity's sake... there is no formal dining table in the house (there is a great kitchen island with seating and 2 outdoor spaces with tables); there is somewhat limited seating inside the house living space but honestly who is going to sit inside on this beautiful island? Also, if you have small children (we do not) the two upper bedrooms require you to step outside in order to get from one to the other (all safe and within confines of the house but there is no internal hallway.) We didn't mind those things at all and would 100% return to this great house.

Heaven on the Caribbean
Words can’t express how wonderful our respite from a Wisconsin winter was! The house and its location are phenomenal. Sleeping to the sound of the crashing waves is the best prescription for a restorative sleep. We had a golf cart for the week and explored the island including a food tour via Cultura Cruisers. We enjoyed the daily iguanas visits and the nightly hermit crabs march. The owner, Tracey, and the property management team were extremely helpful in answering our myriad of questions. This house simply can’t be beat. We hope to return again and again.

Perfect Location and House!
The condo/house location on island is perfect. Not to close to busy center city, but easy to reach restaurants in Center city and our favorites nearby and in the south part of island. We rented a golf cart for the week which made it so easy to explore the island and drive to restaurants. The house faces the E/NE and the view of the ocean is spectacular. The sound of the surf is constant and we love this part. We only used the air conditioning 2 nights. The windows were open the rest of the time with wonderful breezes and the sound of the surf. The beds are very comfortable and we are picky! Our favorite spot of the condo was the balcony off the upstairs bedroom where we stayed. Comfortable sectional and large table. We spent many evenings having an after dinner drink watching the beautiful view under the moon. There is no doubt we will be back to Isla Mujeres and staying here if it is available.
