'The best part of our stay was meeting the staff. There were lots of them, and they were excellent. Our only complaint was that we were not able to make any reservations at the specialty dinner restaurants. They were always filled. The buffet was very good, but we wanted to try the specialty restaurants at least one night. No luck at all. '

'The fact that our initial room was completely different than pictured was just a start. We have used HomeAway many, many times with “exceeded expectation” results but this one was a let down.
