Ontsnap naar dit lichte en luchtige appartement met adembenemend uitzicht op de oceaan! Dit appartement met één slaapkamer, één badkamer bevindt zich op de 5e verdieping en is volledig uitgerust voor al uw vakantiebehoeften. Naast het schaduwrijke privébalkon kunnen gasten optimaal profiteren van de twee prachtige zwembaden, vier tennisbanen en directe toegang tot de ongerepte stranden van Amelia Island.


De master heeft een kingsize bed, een flatscreen-tv en uitzicht op de oceaan. Gasten hebben ook de luxe van toegang tot het ruime balkon rechtstreeks vanuit de slaapkamer.


De woonkamer heeft extra grote ramen om van het uitzicht te genieten, een slaapbank en een flatscreen-tv. De open plattegrond stelt gasten in staat om vrij te stromen van de woonkamer naar de eetkamer.

A Terrific Beach Condo

This Amelia Island, one bedroom, oceanfront property has a beautiful view, and a wonderful layout where you see that view from the living room and the bedroom. It was very clean and well organized. The host communicated all directions and nothing else was needed. A perfect 3 night stay!

Beautiful view, unit was clean, nice color scheme. Living room furniture was comfortable. Like it had a washer/dryer. Kitchen and bathroom outdated(for price paid). Only one very small soap and shampoo and conditioner for two people. Two sets would be better. Issues with code getting into security gate(others had issues as well. One elevator not working. No sign communicating issue.

Wonderful place!

It was a wonderful condo with a great view. It was accurately described and working with the host was so smooth. The only MINOR thing was there being hair was on the bathtub drain and the bathroom rug had some sand on it. Overall it was clean, wonderful, and relaxing!

When we entered this unit, we both said, "Wow!". The first thing you see is the wall of windows looking out at the ocean. My 93 year old parents live in an Assisted Living facility nearby, and we were able to bring them here every day, thanks to the availability of an elevator. This is a bright, clean, very functional space, where we were able to cook all of our meals. We also loved the patio, accessible from both the living area and the bedroom.

A lovely 5th floor condo with great beach views. Plenty of parking. Nice complex with gated entrance in a very nice area. Nicely furnished and very clean. Bring spices/etc needed for cooking, there isn’t much in that regard. Will definitely stay again!

We enjoyed our stay in this condo. Loved the big window overlooking the ocean. We especially loved the views from the balcony each morning/evening and it was the perfect spot to watch fireworks. The bed was super comfortable. It was nice to have carts in the building to bring up luggage and groceries. The pool felt great after a hot day on the beach. Check in/out was a breeze.

Amazing Views!

This condo was perfect for our stay. Initially it appeared to be small. As the week went on we realized it had everything we needed for a relaxing beach trip. My mornings started with yoga in front of the large living room window. The view of the beach is perfect. Beach access was a easy short walk. Our only suggestion is to add a ceiling fan to the outside balcony. it can get pretty stuffy. Lastly the washing machine made scary noises. In terms of the decor, it was the perfect beach vibe. Truly a relaxing week with easy access to restaurants, bike trails and golf courses. Great location!! We will be back!
